Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute

After years of waiting and debating whether I would get a breast reduction I pulled the trigger. Selecting Dr. Bitar's team was the best decision I made. Dr. Bitar spent the time I needed to understand the procedure answer questions and then was there all the process. His staff is excellent and caring. Breast reduction has been life-changing. Almost instantly alleviated back and shoulder pain and I can finally wear button down blouses. Thank you Dr. Bitar and team.

Dr. Bitar's reception staff is rude, unhelpful, pushy, and arrogant. Not the environment conducive for medical procedures or helpful to healing. I first saw Dr. Bitar in 2011 for an augmentation. It was uneventful and I was happy with my results. I've recommend him to several close friends and one did use him for her services.
Fast forward to February 2024, I was called out of the blue from his offering a free consultation. I scheduled an appointment approximately a month later. I confirmed the appointment, however an emergency arose at my office. I called to reschedule 3+ hours to reschedule. The receptionist was pushy and demanded my credit card before allowing me to reschedule. As a busy professional I acquiesced as I understood time is money. I set the new appointment for 6 weeks later and took the day off. The day of the new appointment I drove the 34 miles from my home to his office and was not only on time but early and again Dr Bitars receptionist was pushy and demanding for my credit card and drivers license and would not hand me the intake paperwork until I handed over my identification rudely and loud enough that other parents in the waiting room could hear. She also informed me that my appointment was for a long term follow up. I told her I was confused because that not what I scheduled. She rolled her eyes dismissively and said you are here for a follow up. I told her that that is unsettling as we are not on the same page. I told her that the miss communication made me feel uncomfortable and did not inspire confidence that my needs would be addressed. At no time did she attempt to easy my apprehension acknowledge my concerns nor attempt to put me at ease. She only dismissively demanded the paperwork as it was protocol and that what I agreed to. I did not.
While I was filling out my intake forms the receptionist the, who I assume is the office manager approached the receptionist and they began talking about me instead of approaching me to see if she could clarify the situation. Again loud enough other waiting patients could hear the entire event.
I went back to the front desk and addressed again that I felt uncomfortable and had concerns. The office manager asked the receptionist what the situation was and the receptionist responded that I was being rude. I told them that i didn't appreciate being gaslit and that was not what had happened. The office manager responded with well we can cancel your appointment. I said please do and left. As a professional my time is also valuable so I didn't appreciate wasting an entire day. I will not be recommending Dr Bitar to any more to friends. I would be highly disappointed if they received similar treatment. I will have Dr Chang of Landsdowne provide my next services. Dr Changs staff are friendly and accommodating.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The staff is all super friendly. Dr. Bitar is such an expert in his field and it shows! I come here regularly for my Dysport. The experience is how i wish every doctors visits/hospitals could be: quick, effective.

Danielle is also equally amazing. She has such a warm personality that draws you in and a gentle touch. This is a plus since I've been to places in the past where injections are painful. With Danielle, you hardly feel anything. At most, maybe a prick or two.

Lastly, their marketing team is fantastic. If you follow them on Instagram, you'll be surprised with how they manage to blend informational and fun/funny together. Other places take their businesses way too seriously which gets boring and an instant unfollow from me, it's refreshing to see a place that looks like you secretly wished you worked there just to join in the fun.

He is an amazing doctor and deserves all the respect in the world. In August 2021 I had my tummy tuck after weight loss surgery and the results were amazing. I had some complications, and my recovery was difficult their patient care is outstanding. His entire staff is super knowledgeable and caring. Lauren and Dr. Nghiem (Cassie) were super kind and remained on top of my recovery. Jiramy Martinez is also an angel, she was so good to me and so reassuring during the entire process. He is a perfectionist, and he cares about his patients, I even remember him opening his office Saturdays for me and coming in person to make sure my incision was healing correctly. Today I have to say I am super happy with the results. My belly button is super cute, and I was able to wear a bikini during my last vacation to Jamaica. There is still more work that I need done and I just booked my 2nd surgery with him. Very excited!

I have pain in my chest literally everyday from the surgery I did hear a few years ago. I'm a male and I got work done on my chest, I regretted everyday and tried to basically undo the surgery and the situation got even worse. It looks fine now I guess but I feel the pain from it everyday.

If you're considering surgery, really think about it and give it a lot of thought. I thought I was doing that when I scheduled an appointment but it was so incredibly salesy. Next thing I know I was scheduling the surgery. I always wanted to do reduce my chest weight but nothing I could do seemed to work.

I just want people not to regret changing the body God gave you forever. This is nothing against against Mr. Bitar, he's a nice guy but he's trying to sell surgeries not give you consultation and something to think about.

Dr. Bitar and his practice is well-known not just in the Northern Virginia area, but across the country, and possibly even worldwide. For my first ever venture into dermal fillers and injectables, I knew just the place I'd head for a consult.

While his availability did not line up with mine, I was able to schedule with his in-house PA Danielle. Scheduling was done over the phone, with new patient paperwork emailed your way, and a $100 deposit that is applied to your visit (should you choose to get something done in the consult). I was pretty nervous... I know some people do a ton of research, and some do none at all, and I found myself somewhere in between.

During the consult, I was able to hold a mirror while conversing with Danielle over what I wanted to achieve, areas of concern, and what was possible with my face anatomy. After the discussion, I was given upfront pricing, an aspect of the visit I really loved. With pricing in hand, I choose to move forward with two quick procedures and was in-and-out in about an hour's time. Healing took around 2-3 weeks as projected.

I love my end result, which left me looking pretty natural due to the conservative route we took. After this first go-round, I'm looking forward to getting a little more for that extra 'oomph'. Highly recommend Danielle and hope to meet Dr Bitar someday as well!

Dr. George Bitar and his staff, especially Brandy, his RN and Lauren, his PA were so wonderful and there for me, day and night, every step of the way for my complex revision rhinoplasty.

I did my research before choosing the right surgeon and I am glad I chose Dr. Bitar. I told him the top 3 things I wanted aesthetically in a revised nose plus my concern for better breathing. He did them all. The photo I attached is my before and then post-op 1 month. Truly happy I chose him. He has an art for noses and "nose" the anatomy of them.

I will be back for other maintenance needs!

Dr. Bitar and the entire team at Bitar Cosmetics are amazing. I've been going here for years now and it's because its always a delightful experience. If you're looking for a Doctor Who truly cares about his patients and not just going through the motions look no further. He's truly a kind and compassionate doctor. I recommend him to everyone I know. If you want to have something done but want to be sure that it looks perfect for you and your body, this is the place to go. They always strive for beautiful and natural results.

Dr. Bitar is hands down the best plastic surgeon in the DMV. His work is extremely tailored to each patient, and he focuses on a natural look. His entire staff is knowledgeable, caring and goes that extra step. They take covid protocol very seriously which is great during these strange times.

Omg first off Dr. Bitar is pure magic. I knew from my consult and I went to several that he was the one! He is sooooo knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. I told him what I desired and he guided and consulted me on what was best. We decided he'd do a BL, TT, MR and lipo. I was scared after having 3 kids naturally to do this but he made me confident as well as his amazing staff. I could actually right a book about how great he and they all are but special shout out to Lauren, Jiramy and Brandy. They gave me the extra knowledge, help and morale I needed.

Dr. Bitar's bedside manner amazing and he personally answered all my questions and texts post surgery. I ran into issues with my local pharmacy and Dr. Bitar followed up with them and me. He's a dream. Now about this body he gave me.... Absolutely gorgeous. He is a wizard I tell you. He gave me my body back and it's still healing and swollen. My breasts are back where they were prior to nursing 3 kiddos. And I've got abs again. I would do this again in a heartbeat if it's with Dr. Bitar! I trust him with my life. Thank you! I had the pleasure of seeing Danielle for
Filler last week at the Bitar institute and I couldn't be more pleased with my results!! She is extremely skilled and paid so much attention to detail! I felt completely comfortable during the entire procedure and didn't feel any pain at all! My filler settled so beautifully and I will definitely be back! The entire office is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly!! If you're thinking about getting filler I highly recommend seeing Danielle! You will leave refreshed and ready for more!!
