The workers here have bad customer service. EVERYTIME I come here there is people messing around not taking there job's seriously in the back. They have people waiting all day in this office while there are working just standing around doing nothing literally pacing back and forth. They try to find every reason not to take your blood these employees are lazy and need to be fired

I wish I could give this place 0 starts. A waste of time. I did the two hour intake process and donated, that went smoothly. But when I tried to donate for a second time I waited 20 min before asking the front desk if I was going to be called back soon. I was told it would be another 15-20 min before I was called back and that's not for the donation that's for the screening. I rescheduled my appointment and the exact same thing happened after waiting 30 min. There is no communication about the delay, you are just sitting in this waiting room watching the time pass thinking about all the things you could be doing besides starting at the dirty floor. Either shut down until you get enough staff to handle your appointments or communicate with your donors that there is a delay. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning. 10/10 do not recommend.

For the most part, it is an easy and quick endeavor to donate my blood products to those so desperately in need. I love knowing that I'm helping people.

Been turned away because my mailing address didn't match the address on my ID. They claimed I was dehydrated but I've been drinking water all weekend and am basically peeing water, that's how clear my urine is. Makes me believe that they don't know what they're doing. I've never had a problem donating at any other company except this one. Don't waste your time.

This place is a scam. They will not pay you what they advertise. I spent 4 hours there on a Saturday do new donor paperwork, physical and draw and they wanted to pay me $40. They are the slumlords of the plasma world

I have been waiting for about an hour to get the actual process of getting my plasma taken that's not including the wait time in the front I guess I need a medical approval on my chart for what they have no idea I am getting really upset because I have a 6mo at home who needs me I understand it takes time to get things done but this is ridiculous and do I get anything like a VIP pass or anything for it takeing a ridiculous amount of time nope all I get is I'm sorry although Frankie the girl who's working with me is super nice about it and keeps apologizing it just sucks to have to wait this looooong ugh so over it
So I felt like I needed to update my review although the problem hasn't been resolved yet the staff as in the managers have been super cool about everything Steve in particular has been really cool to work with. they have compensated me for my gas given VIP cards and everything! Don't apply to work here... I arrived to my interview 15 minutes early like I usually do to walk in and see a man and women who looked like they just woke up . I mean the area is rough I get it but what was funny is before they even started the interview I noticed the guy already had pictures drawn all over my resume ..... very unfocused interview . The lady asked me what was my favorite animals tv show etc. I have no idea what they had to with the job none the less they didn't even ask me questions about anything important

AngelaDec 11, 2015Previous reviewI donated on Tuesday and was really pleased. I was seated in a donor chair and within 5 minutes the attendant set me up. I was on my way quickly that day. I was told they are training some new staff. Everyone is always pleasant and professional.

Great customer service. It was my first time at this location so it definitely took a long time but I definitely received great service from the staff here. They explained everything to me thoroughly about what would happen and honestly I thought that it would take longer than it actually took for my first time here. There were definitely a lot of people who came to this location even when I was early but I even ended up leaving before some of the people who came in before me.

This is the fourth time that I was sitting in the back waiting to get the needle in my arm for over 30 minutes I have an appointment at 12:45 I didn't even get to the back until 155 that is absolutely ridiculous and they say that they are short staffed and this and that yes there's like 45 people always walking around and then they want to give everybody attitude when I've been asking when can I get stuck when can I get stuck nothing I do not recommend coming here
