I was very pleased with Evan, my technician. He answered all of my questions and found my leak quickly. He went right to work to get it fixed. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were quick to respond and got the job done. I have definitely found my go to plummer when I need help. Thank you for being there for me.

Plumbing. Never a favorite subject but recently a most frustrating one. Take one plugged disposal, add in some very unseasonal weather patterns and you have a recipe for disaster, and that's exactly what we got. Amidst the recent first weather event, it all came to a head. Called a plumber on Friday when it happened. He will be out on Monday. Monday no show, accident with his vehicle. Time set for Tuesday. Upon his arrival, very quickly into the service he confided in us that due to a "bend" in the pipe, repair required a specific snake which he didn't have. Second plumber set to come out on Friday (one week). When he arrived he concurred with plumber number one and said that he had to "source a machine" to make the service. He "hoped" he could be out there on Friday (2 weeks). Wednesday he called, he was sick and it would be another 5 days before he could handle our service. Here we are, washing dishes in two buckets, one to wash, one to rinse, taking them to the alley to dump, posting a "guard" during showers just to make sure, (kitchen on the main floor), the water is draining. Same scenario for washing clothes. I know nothing of plumbing, safeguards imposed by my husband, I was willing to comply. Frankly I was doubtful this would be handled on Friday.

Karen Metzger walks into where I work and wants to know why the long face. I explain to her my "issues" , she immediately knows the issue and assures me they can handle it. She takes my address and phone number and assures me tomorrow it will be handled. Office calls the next day, a very pleasant professional young lady tells me that Nick will be arriving in 30 minutes. Nick arrives, nice guy, and in 30 minutes Nick is pulling out and my problem is solved.

There might just be a "Plumbing Angel" in all this because on the day that Metzger arrived, I have to admit I was at the end of my rope. Problem solved. No searching for specific equipment, so calls to delay and delay again. Problem solved expeditiously with unbelievable service and commitment.

Yeah they get my vote, 5 stars and a Thank You from the bottom of my heart! You did what you advertise, efficiently and effectively, necessary equipment in stock, the tech (Nick) was very knowledgeable, professional and an all around fantastic guy.

So I have learned. You can call those "other guys", and you get the service that won't fix your problem. Call the pros...! Enough said. Don't waste your time, your energy or your patience. When you need prompt, efficient, courteous service, you know who to call. Metzger Plumbing. (Saved my life, not really, but sure turned a "yucky" situation into problem solved).

I had a pin hole leak in our down stairs bathroom in our neighbors bathroom as I live upstairs in a condo . I called Bill Metzger and they Sent Chris out within a couple hours thankfully to help prevent any further damage and to cut out the pipe and replace it with new pipe . Thankfully they don't charge weekend emergency fee's .
Chris had the job done within 30 plus mins . He took all the pictures and supplied me with a detailed receipt in case I was using for insurance purposes. Thank you very much Chris and Company for responding right away and for all you did !!!

We've had several serious plumbing issues the last couple weeks from leaks through the floor due to poor caulking, to a major root ball to replacement of angle stops for a new washer. All the Tech's including the leak tech, Rob and Parker were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing!

Earlier this month one of Bill Metzger's technicians - Jhenri - came to my home and after looking at the problem I was having, explained to me the issue with a pipe leak inside a wall in my garage. Jhenri came back the next day and fixed the problem, at a fair price. Again, what I was impressed with was how Jhenri explained - in detail - everything that was going on with the leak and specifically how he was going to fix it. Great job Jhenri! Thank you.

We have been using Bill Metzger plumbing since July 2021. Since that time we have needed the service on several occasions and each time we have been very pleased with his total service and the people that work there. An example is today we had a technician named Tristan. He was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to have performing the work. After living in our home for 48 years and having different plumbing services, Bill Metzger Plumbing is the best.
