Bed Pros Mattress

In my search for a new mattress, I stopped into Bed Pro Mattress. Steve was extremely helpful, in explaining the type of mattresses. He allowed us to spend as much time as we felt needed, with no push to buy. We must have spent at least an hour the first time, then we left. We went for lunch, then returned. Steve laughed and wanted to know if we were back for a second nap, lol. We purchased a Tempur-pedic Pro. This was on Saturday. On Monday, two very nice, delivery men, with great sense of humor delivered and set up our Mattress. So far, we are very pleased, and would definitely go back. Bed Pro Mattress is definitely a gem.

Steve was superb guides us with his expertise in choosing a mattress to fit in a Murphy bed.
He guides us by explaining the differences between the mattress and choosing the correct one since the mattress is stored upright.

I went in and told them what kind of mattress I was looking for and they gave me four different mattresses with four different prices to look at. They were amazing to describe the difference between each mattress which made my decision very easy. I also got next day delivery which was very helpful. Great price definitely somewhere to check out when shopping for a mattress!!!

Was looking for new mattresses for my condo and mattress store ads were so confusing. Googled King Koil since I have loved mine at home, and found Bed Pros. Steve was very helpful, answered all my questions and didn't follow me around the store, but just let me explore at my own pace. With the information he gave me, I was able to select the right mattresses (2 beds) and couldn't be happier! My sister says she will come for a visit again since I got her a new mattress. LOL

We purchased a mattress from Bed Pros in 2009 and it was already time for another, so came back here after going to one of the big chain mattress companies. Our sales associate was the manager Steve and he was easy to work with. We came in wanting a Tempur Pedic, but he also showed us a variety of other mattresses in other price ranges. While Tempur Pedics are price protected, the offer a loyalty program for returning customers, so that was nice. We were able to get next day delivery and the delivery men were on time and were in and out. They removed the old set and installed the new one in no time. We were very pleased with our overall experience and would highly recommend this store over the big chain mattress places.

This is my first review on this business but it is the second time that I have done business with them. Both times we have been very satisfied with the outcome. The salesman was not pushy at all and was open to haggling on the price of the mattress. By the end of the deal we felt as though we had gotten a fair price on what we believed to be an excellent product. Delivery was the next day and it was on time and the delivery team was professional, courteous, and fast. We have nothing but good to say about this business. I brought my friend who just relocated from out of state to this store after reading the great reviews. I have to say they exceeded my expectations. Our sales associate, Jay, was very knowledgeable about the products, was attentive and gave excellent service. We left the store feeling like we got a very good product at a very good price.
