Bayshore Appliance

We recently started our search for a new washer and dryer and had zero clue what we should be looking for, or what type would be suitable for our home. I have heard nothing but amazing things from people in local Facebook groups about Bayshore Appliance and their customer service, and especially about Melanie. I knew we wanted to start our search here.

We walked in and browsed a bit, and then Melanie helped explain all the differences between all their models, and let us know which ones were currently in stock. She was so patient and thorough with her explanations of what features we needed or what size model we would need. I always thought that salespeople want to make the biggest $$$ sale, but Melanie tried to help us find the best value for our money. In the end, we didn't purchase a washer or dryer yet because we needed more time to decide which brand we should go with. I'm so happy that we walked away with a wealth of information and feel better equipped to make our choice. Hopefully we will be back to purchase soon, and I'll update my review then.

We had to replace our old dishwasher and Melanie helped us select a dishwasher and had a unit in-stock. Today Jessie and Dennis installed the new unit and took away the old dishwasher. They were professional yet friendly and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. We highly recommend your next appliance at Bayshore. Thank you.

We know how good Bayshore is to the local community and made it a point to stop by there when it came time to look at some major appliances. Melanie is so patient and trustworthy. She really listens and tries to line you up with the best options based off of your needs.

At one point while discussing a feature I wasn't really interested in, she instantly adjusted and came up with a fantastic alternative. Budget conscious? They've got you covered at Bayshore. Bella and whistles lover? They've got that too. They're your everyday solution and "once in awhile" solution too.

We wanted to support a small business when we bought our new fridge, but we were expecting higher prices and pushy salespeople. We couldn't have been more wrong! The Bayshore Appliance staff was incredible from the minute we walked through the door to when the delivery/setup guys left our house. Plus, they beat Lowe's price by quite a bit!

If you're looking for new appliances, be sure to stop by. You won't regret it.

I recently bought a home and decided to treat myself to a new BBQ. I had passed by Bayshore appliance a bunch of times so i figured I'd check them out. I'm a fan of supporting small businesses over big box stores so i was prepared to even pay a little more if i had to. The outside of the store is unassuming but the showroom itself is really very nice. They had some really nice top notch appliances as well as affordable models on the floor. Melanie came right over in a polite and pleasant manner and asked if she could help. I had a specific Weber grill in mind and she said she had that model in stock. I was waiting for the other shoe drop but i was Very pleasantly surprised when she surprised me with a price matching the big box store! Not only did they match the price but they have FREE assembly Free delivery and FREE take away of your old BBQ if you want! All of those are extras at the big box store unless you buy a big dollar item. My grill is coming tomorrow and i can't wait! I will definitely be back to Bayshore Appliance!

After much disappointment and frustration with the big box stores and Community Appliance, our search began for an appliance store that actually cared about its customers. I don't know how we missed Bayshore Appliances in the past but we sure are glad we finally found a business we can depend on.

From the moment we walked into the store and met Melanie to the day our appliances were installed by Dennis and Jessie, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable about all products and patiently answers any questions or concerns. And she is more than competitively priced. Dennis and Jessie delivered our appliances when promised and the installation was completed with the greatest of care to our home and appliances as well. Extremely professional on all counts! The customer service however, does not stop there. We called with a slight concern regarding our dryer and it was tended to without hesitation or delay and to our satisfaction. The customer service that Bayshore Appliance offers is second to none. To be honest, it surpasses any we have had in the past.
We have two additional homes to renovate and we wouldn't think of going anywhere but Bayshore Appliances.

Mindbogglingly fantastic level of service. I started by requesting a quote for a wall oven on their website. I got a reply from Melanie within minutes asking me for the specs of my kitchen and the enclosure. I replied and again got a response in minutes with a price that was hundreds of dollars less than the big box stores in the area.

I ventured into the store on the following Saturday and met with Melanie and Dennis. They were tremendously patient and described the installation process and the possible caveats based on my existing enclosure. I felt so comfortable that I immediately decided to buy the matching stove.

Working around my schedule, Dennis (Yes! The same extremely knowledgeable guy who helped me pick out the new appliances!) and Jesse arrived precisely at the promised time the following Wednesday. They took out the old units and, as is always the case with my old house, they discovered that the stove enclosure was oddly cut and wouldn't accommodate the new stove without some very creative thinking. Dennis and Jesse immediately went to work to build custom ledges within the island that included a brilliant solution to replace the existing drawer stops, thereby opening up enough space for the new gas connection. I'm certain that this was a much larger job than they had anticipated, but Dennis and Jesse didn't flinch. The installation took three full hours to complete and they finished up by putting everything back in the cabinets, vacuuming every spec of sawdust and didn't leave a single fingerprint. Ever-so-patiently, they walked me through the features and showed me how to operate both appliances before leaving.

Every aspect of my experience was 5-stars. Melanie, Dennis and Jesse are a phenomenal team. I will definitely be back and couldn't suggest them more highly.

Not sure why it says this place is pricey. They have everything from slightly used secondhand to the higher end stuff, like Samsung. After dealing with Community Appliances for years, and never being happy with their pushy salespeople, or making you feel bad just because you don't have much money to spend, I was looking for someplace new. Melanie, sight unseen, offered me 80 bucks below the average price on the Speed Queen I was looking for, without even knowing that the other places I called didn't give me a price break. She was patient, and listened, and put up with my kids leaving fingerprints all over the place, and knocking over signs. She told me they had just dealt with a woman who had come in from Community and was really upset with how they treated her. She's not alone. Hopefully the delivery and installation will go well, too.
