Baird Construction converted a tub to a walk in shower and remodeled a guest bathroom. Mark was easy to communicate with and Edgar did quality tile work I had complete confidence in their ability and integrity. We are very pleased and feel that the cost of the project was very fair for the value of what we received. We highly recommend Mark and Edgar.

Mark was great to work with. We remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, our kitchen and dining area. He communicated well, and went above and beyond our expectations of the job. We are very happy with the end results. He actually did more work than was included in his original cost estimate without any significant increase in price. We highly recommend Mark and his crew!

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Mark, and again he was fantastic! Came on time, left the house clean and really did his best that the final outcome will look good and will be in the best quality. First time around (6years ago), he did our house flooring and some structural changes. This time around he transformed our very old and outdated bathrooms into a beautiful space.

Mark did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel + floors and bathroom vanities. His team was very clean throughout, they finished earlier than expected and what I appreciated the most was they really didn't try to cut corners - if anything, they went above and beyond what was expected. The customer service was also great - Mark gave me frequent updates and what to expect as far as progress each day. Extremely happy with my experience and I would strongly recommend Baird to anyone I know.

Mark and his team were great. He responded quick to our initial inquiry and somehow managed to meet our timeline before moving in. He did two bathrooms, floors throughout the house, baseboards, closets, and trim. He communicates extremely well, does quality work, adapts to new requests, contributes his own ideas, and is just great to work with all around. Will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.

Mark and his team built a patio cover for us. We couldn't be happier! He did a great job and kept the patio/work place clean. I'll definitely call Mark with any future work needs, he's reliable, prompt and sticks to the budget.

Mark took my old fluorescent lights in the kitchen replaced everything with bucket lights and a fixture. The end result was perfect; he made sure it looked the right way before finishing up. Would recommend him highly, price is right. As far as contractors go many don't call you back, Mark called me right away when I mentioned the job. Some contractors only want big jobs vs. small jobs. Bottom line, great job, great price, and excellent customer service.
