Recarpeted our entire house. Went to Bailey Custom Carpets on the recommendation of co-workers. First meeting and site visit went well. Dialed up carpet thinking we were replacing above like and kind of existing carpet. Not the case once it was installed. Attempted to talk to owner. She blamed us. Aside from poor customer service post sales. I would say they do a bad job educating customer So unless you know what you want down to brand and spec - I would not use them. I am out $6,000 and own a carpet inferior to what I had.

Just had wood look vinyl plank flooring installed in our whole house. We chose vinyl instead of wood because we have large dogs whose toenails dent and scratch wood flooring. We are so happy with both the floor and the installation done by Bailey's. Everyone was so helpful, the estimate was done quickly and the work was scheduled around our needs. The installer, Dan, did an amazing job cutting and fitting around all our nooks and crannies. He treated installing the floor in our house the same as he would in his own. We would definitely use Baileys if we ever have to do flooring again.
