This is the absolute worst doctors office is Savannah. They double and triple book appointments and I've always had to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. They keep you waiting in the waiting area forever and then let you rot in an exam room. The office staff is belligerent and don't give a hoot. I had it today and voted with MY FEET. So long and good riddance Ankle and Foot

It was kind of hard finding the building. Due to Co-Vid, only patience with an appointment was able to go in the building, which I thought was a plus. My mom said from the beginning of her appointment to the end of her appointment, this was the first time she had a great experience in total. She said the doctor was very patient with her as well as the nurses. She didn't feel like the doctor was trying to talk over head about her care. And she really look forward to working with this Doctor in the near future. This is a swelling review from her because my mom does not hand out her "I had great experience all together" at all.

The experience was pleasant despite needing an injection in my foot. They made me feel at ease, explained everything very clearly, and it was actually relatively painless. Dr Fallon listened to my concerns and gave me treatment options as well as things I could do at home to strengthen my foot.
I did have about a 15 minute wait beyond my appointment time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Awesome professional. Dr Fallon shows genuine concern and takes the time to listen to and address all issues.
The staff is equally amazing. Every one of the ladies that work in there are very welcoming and friendly.
I cannot think of a single negative aspect from my many visits to this office. Would definitely recommend to all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Charles B.Tucson, AZ210216Aug 12, 2016
I have been coming here for 3 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Sometimes I will be called back late for my appointment but with the nature of this type of Dr. Office it is to be expected. Dr. Fallon is excellent at what he does and has save my feet from unnecessary surgeries many times. I highly recommend Atlantic Foot and Ankle for all your Foot Care needs

For months I had been plagued with plantar fasciitis that prevented me from running. I tried to tough it out and do all the things I could by finding remedies online. Then I went to Dr Fallon...he was great! He knew right away it was plantar fasciitis but we did Xrays just to make sure and it was confirmed. He suggested a cortisone shot, but I had heard they were painful and I was hesitant. He calmed me down and suggested we give it a try. It worked!! I haven't had a problem since. Thank you!

This was my first visit at this practice (Savannah office). Myself and my husband had researched podiatrists in the area, and selected Dr. Fallon due to the positive reviews he and staff have received. Upon checking in, I was unable to explain my insurance situation as there was another woman at the counter, and continuous people coming in for appointments, and other reasons. I knew I could explain my insurance following my appointment. However, I was taken into my appointment more than 30 minutes late, and then there was complete confusion regarding my insurance. The two ladies in the exam room were friendly and trying to resolve the insurance issue. A woman named "Jaime" came back with a printed out "chat conversation" with my insurance company, and she stated I did not have a referral, thus, I would have a co-pay and be billed. I told her that was not true. I had dual insurance, and excellent coverage with no co-pay, and I could obtain any doctor by choice with no network. She has a very bad attitude, and told me that based on her very short (a few paragraphs) chat conversation with an insurance rep that I needed a referral. She would not listen to me trying to explain the insurance I had. I even asked her to call, but she would not. I placed a call to my insurance company. I opened the exam room door, and Jaime was in the hallway. I handed her my phone, and wanted her to speak with the Rep. She was on speaker phone. The Rep was trying to explain I had the appropriate coverage, and dual coverage, and did not need a referral or have to pay a co-pay. Jaime did not seem interested to listen to this rep. When the Rep gave her the exact site to go to for further information, she did not care to write this down or even really speak to the Rep. We ended the conversation. Dr. Fallon came in to examine my foot and ankle. He was very nice, but I was distracted by being very uncomfortable with the treatment I was receiving regarding my insurance. Following my exam, I was going to leave, and I wanted to double check with Jaime to ensure my correct insurance was being billed. She had a terrible attitude, again became condescending, rude and disrespectful. I told her I knew she was annoyed, but I wanted to ensure the insurance was correct in order to avoid a nightmare with bills coming in the mail. She said "you know since I'm annoyed and all, that's the information you gave me so that is what is in the system". I was stunned at her unprofessionalism and rudeness. I told her she was very unprofessional and needed to change her attitude. She was unable to have a conversation regarding my insurance situation. My information was correct, however, she would not speak to me regarding it, only to tell me that it was in the computer system. She told me to call the number on a business card she handed me to talk to them about it. As I was leaving, she continued to be rude, even sarcastic, and finally stated "have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. I could not believe the way this woman was behaving. As a patient, she SHOULD understand how important it is to get the insurance information correct. The front desk staff is the first impression of any office. These ladies are critical to ensuring patients have a comfortable experience. People pay significant amounts of money and premiums (we pay high premiums as well) for health insurance, and nobody should be treated this way. I was insistent regarding the insurance I have, because I know what I have, and made sure I could select a doctor without needing a referral. The front desk staff should treat all patients with respect, dignity and professionalism. Jaime wanted nothing to do with ensuring my insurance information was going to be billed correctly. Her attitude, rudeness, sarcastic attitude and condescending tone is something no patient should have to deal with, especially since they are there when they wish they didn't have to be.
