Patrick is very helpful and friendly. I texted him for a bit to explain issue. Eventually he visited my condo.

The drain standpipe behind my washing machine smelled really bad. Sewer gas was coming up into the unit. Turns out there was no p trap installed. So Patrick went to hardware store and then installed a P-trap to prevent the smell.

His rates are also very fair.

Honestly if you pick a different handyman you're just... wrong. Patrick is incredibly responsive, creative, and communicative. Like superman, he has just one weakness, and that's the fact that he avoids painting. I'm fine with that though. He'll take care of everything else and do it extremely fast and with a high degree of excellence. I find myself frequently asking him to round his hourly rate *up* because he's just that good.

You certainly will not regret working with him.

My old vintage condo unit needed:
New bathroom sink faucet and water lines. (he suggested and purchased great new Faucet- great price.)
Installed new Bathtub/shower faucet Cartridge- fixed leak and now turns like new- better than when I moved in many years ago.
Old toilet needed all new water reservoir tank parts- he had to take toilet apart and dealt with a corroded nut. Now it works better than 23? year old original! Why did I wait so long?
He is very focused and has lots of practice which makes perfect. He also identified kitchen drain plastic pipe leak and fixed. Great value.
I highly recommend his work. I already have two more jobs for him- as soon as I pick out light fixtures and stop procrastinating!
