If i could give half a star I would. Ordered a propane delivery on 12/12/23, delivery window of 10 days per their site. No delivery, no phone call to day delay... started contacting them 12/26. They now have a call center in the Philippines that handles everything. Very polite people but completely useless. Can't give you a delivery window, can't say why there was a delay, can't say why you weren't contacted, just a call center who logs complaints. Still no delivery and no contact so have been speaking with phone center repeatedly trying to get it figured out. No luck. Finally put thru to a supervisor when I said I was lodging a complaint with Better Business Bureau and wanted our prepaid money refunded immediately so we could get delivery from another vendor. The supervisor was in the US, again very polite and promised to look into the problem and call me back. No return phone call, no confirmation of refund but suddenly i have a text stating expedited delivery will be here tomorrow. I called back and said No, we had already made other arrangements and I expected my refund today, returned to the account I prepaid with. Told well they send out a check for refunds and it takes up to 2 weeks. Told them that wasn't acceptable. Again would be complaining to BBB and was sent to a supervisor. That supervisor said she would get the refund sent back to my acct and I wouldn't have to wait but as of yet no refund had shown up.

I've been trying to get a propane delivery for several weeks. I'm giving up & looking for another source. They're not showing up ! I'm also tired of dealing with the call center in India.

If I could give them no stars or even negative stars, I would. Not only is their call center a nightmare, I'm quoted different charges every time I call to get my bill sorted out. And, every time there has been a billing cycle, I have had to call because of a mistake or odd charge that comes out of nowhere.
I finally had my service stopped and the tank picked up. I was quoted a fee of $150 or so as the final pick up charge and then I'd be free of them. Instead, I was invoiced the same odd charge twice and was told that one was the tank pick up fee and one was an early account closing fee. Also, the contents of the online invoices were " not available." They were willing to take that down to $100 but I'm not playing their game.
The people who actually come out to do the work are awesome and I'm so sorry they have to deal with this.
The person in customer service this morning was a bit rude but you almost can't blame him because he says that many of their customers are pushing back like I am.

They missed the subscribed delivery... we ran out of gas. Called and they said they would do an emergency fill within 24 hours. 24 hours passed without any service or update from them. I call and sit on hold for an hour and 20 minutes before their foreign call center operator picks up. She then places me on hold for 5 min before coming back and saying they would be out by 12:30. We reach someone who tells us we were not even in the schedule but he would have someone out today for sure.....now they are closed for the holiday and being NYE we can't even find a hotel. Worthless

Never had an account with them. Never signed an easement. Got a call from my wife while at work today and was told a strange man was in our back yard, next to my bed room, where my wife was about to change clothes. No appointment was set up and this man from this company randomly came into our back yard and admitted he didn't even try to knock on the front door.
I then tried to call this office to complain. I was dispatched to the Philippines where I was hung up on after being on hold for 30 mins.
To rectify, here's what I'm gonna do.
1. File a complaint with Kitsap Chamber of commerce.
2. File a police report and try to file for trespassing. (If allowed but will definitely push for. I don't take trespassing lightly)
3. I will file a report with the better business bureau.
I will also copy and paste this review to EVERY place reviews are written. This is an awful, unprofessional, law breaking company.
I will make it my personal hobby and pass-time to tell people how awful of a company this is based off my experience and the past five years of yelp reviews.
Also to Amerigas, go ahead and post your generic apology to cover your own ass, but unless you actually have a direct phone number for me to call and speak to someone without being on hold, I will be pursuing charges.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mark E.Seattle, WA01Nov 18, 2022
Last time we filled this tank we called the local number talk to a sweet lady who took our order and had it delivered and we paid the invoice.
This transaction was me placing that local phone call I thought was in town. I got a call center from out of the country. The representative for Amerigas read from a script. First of all they wanted me to prepay which I did begrudgingly and promised delivery in 7 to 10 days. After 2 weeks called again and promised the next day. I ended up calling them about 5 times and the call center Amerigas rep. actually lied every time. They just read from a script.
The propane was delivered a month later. I paid in full and had nothing to show for it. Now I was overcharged and I get to go thru the process of getting my money back. I can't wait! NOT!!!

Less than 1 star, very unethical and poor quality service. Pricing is way above competitors, after initial few months have to watch them and get adjustment to over charging. RUN as fast as you as you can to get away from these guys!

I quit Amerigas for failure to deliver propane before my tank ran out twice this winter. Now they will not come pick up the junky old tank that is sitting in my yard...for MONTH NOW! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a terrible business. I am on their auto delivery plan. I was supposed to have a delivery in October which never arrived. Now it's December and I'm out of propane. I have no heat or hot water. They said I'm on their emergency delivery schedule and to expect a delivery within 24 hrs. It's been five days and they still haven't delivered. Each morning I call to make sure they are coming and each morning they tell me it will be delivered in 24 hours. Worst business. Horrible. Do not use this business. Beware.

Sadly I have to give one star though I would give none. Had an appointment to fill our tank and had a no show. My husband called several times just to be told they didn't know where the technician was and that they would reschedule even though my husband had taken a day off work to be there. Second time comes around and still no show, called several times just to be told to wait. Hoping third time would be the charm my husband took yet another day off work and they did not show and said they would be here and continue to wait. Some of the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with. Not to mention we already paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
