I gave them two stars because the girl that waited on me was very friendly.

When I got the shirt home to out it on this shirt, it looks a mess in the front. Many creases ironed into the shirt.

Not happy.

Their price point is a little too high for me. 7 dollars a dry clean a sweater come on. I don't know maybe I'm just used to the prices in New York and New Jersey. I had no choice At the moment because I don't really know the area but I will be searching. Very hospitable and very good service. Just come down a little bit on the price. I gave the lady six sweaters and cost me $42. Come on give a discount of something

I had to find a new cleaners because the one that I had by my home closed permanently due to COVID-19. I dropped off two pair of dress slacks, and a dress jacket for cleaning. The dress slacks also had 1 cuff to be fixed at the bottom hem. When I picked up my items, they were neatly pressed, but the cuff on the burgundy pants was fixed with black thread. Its slightly more visible then on the brown plaid pair of dress slacks. Stitching is also off which is noticable on the slacks. Star removed for that.

Went to drop off my military uniform, next day and same day service if needed. Super friendly and super helpful. Will be returning.

Requested tailoring/alteration and was very impressed they were able to do work I requested with no hesitation. Friendly and professional staff. The alteration was done perfectly and of excellent quality; best part, wasn't expen$ive - I will be returning. Thumbs up! Much appreciated.

Always had great service with this dry cleaner. I live in steel Creek and I pass a ton of cleaners on my way here. The staff is always friendly and kind and seeing the city on the way is a plus.

I like this place. Never had a problem with them. They have pretty good customer service, and I get exactly what I ask for. No complaints, prices are pretty reasonable. Free parking!

This dry cleaner is down the street from my house but I was a little skeptical because the outside doesn't look like much. I have taken my dry cleaning there multiple times and have never been disappointed with their work. I've had sweaters, dresses and skirts cleaned here and never any damage or lost items. The service is friendly and to the point and they send you an email when your items are ready for pick up. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner!

UPDATE: This was originally a one-star review, but I have decided to change it to three stars as the owner of the business took his time to call me personally and apologize for the unusable state of my ties after having them cleaned at American Dry Cleaners. He offered to refund me for the charge I received for having my first tie "fixed" and he also offered to fix my second tie. I declined based on the quality of repair my first tie received and told him that although I appreciated it, I would be visiting another tailor. He also offered to refund me for the cost of the tailor's repairs, something I greatly appreciate. I have altered my rating not only out of appreciation for his phone call and gestures, but because my conversation with him made me think that my experience may have been more of a fluke than the norm.

Terrible dry cleaners. I had them dry clean my suit, including three ties. When I went to pick them up, they told me one of the ties had come apart, and I'd have to wait a few days to pick it up. When I did pick it up, they charged me extra for fixing it, even though they had messed it up!

Furthermore, they didn't even do a good job fixing it. The tie was lumpy and uneven. To make matters worse, I reached for another tie today that they'd cleaned, and it had come unstitched completely! Another tie rendered useless. I'll have to pay even more now to have a real tailor fix my ties.

I will NEVER give American Dry Cleaners my business again, and I don't think anybody else should.

Went there maybe twice since it was near my job. Customer service was good. But the prices are pretty steep.
