I had to heir a car service for a few mos . Such a one quality service I have been reserving from Jeremiah and his team! Their vehicles are clean. The drivers are neatly dressed , and have absolutely fantastic personalities. I highly recommended using Ambassador Limos for whatever you might need a car service for.

So if you've been to Denver and need transportation from the airport to downtown, you know it's an expensive cab ride ($50-$60). Leaving the Westin Downtown, the valet asked if I'd like a Town Car for the same price as a cab. Absolutely!

I jumped in the back of Jamil's clean and polished Lincoln Town Car was an improved experience from the small, dirty cab I arrived to town in. Jamil was a perfect conversationalist and host as I exited Denver.

Next trip to Denver, I definitely call for him for transportation.

Proprietor Jeremiah was responsive and in communication throughout. Our driver was his brother Hootie. Jeremiah is professional and a pleasure to work with. Hootie was a HOOT!

I have been using Jeremiah and his car service for nearly five years now. His service is always top notch. He has driven executives at two companies I have worked for and has always been a reliable partner. I would recommend Ambassadors to anyone looking for quality and dependable transportation.

I have used them for years and am not sure what happened this time. I received my confirmation email for my airport transfer the night before. The morning of, they did not show up. They did not answer the 2 phone calls I placed. They did not answer their email. I had to call Uber to avoid missing my flight. Upon landing in San Francisco, I called again. They did not answer. I asked them to refund my trip and cancel my return service. No response to date. They also charged my credit card, which is now in dispute. Again, no response to date. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I am sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service and will not recommend them or ever use them again.

They took excellent care of my friends and I ensuring a safe ride on New Years' Eve. Our driver was so nice, the staff that scheduled was also very friendly and easy to work with... Great job, Guys.

Most often people only write a review because of a poor experience they've had and usually spread the good ones by word of mouth. Due to the great service I experienced from Ambassador I want everyone to know because they deserve it. They were early to pick me up and their communication is great notifying me that my driver was here and where to meet him so I wouldn't have to wait. The driver Jeremiah was very friendly and had vast knowledge of the Denver area and recommended some great places that we actually tried out. This company is great at what they do and should be acknowledged for it!!!
