Amaya Papaya Orlando

We were recently here to celebrate of friends little ones 2 year birthday party. Everything was set up in advance, and it was a blast! The only hiccup that we had was being able to find a close parking spot, because this plaza is very busy with lots of stores. Other than a short walk from the parking lot everything else was perfect.

Once we were inside we were given clear instructions on how everything was going to work. Just as a note, you'll want to be sure that you're wearing socks as everyone inside the play area, including adults, will need to have socks on to be in there. They do have cubbies up front so you can keep your shoes all together. They had a specific spot where we could drop off our gift so everything could be in one space.

Olivia loved playing in the area and had tons of fun with all the different toys they had to offer. One of her particular favorites was the miniature shopping carts they had. The staff constantly kept the floor clear of the toys to ensure there were no tripping hazards for all of the children and adults in the area.

When it came time for food and Cake there was a miniature buffet set-up that was easy grab-and-go. When it came to time for the cake the staff had set up a separate table for the family to take pictures and the birthday boy to blow out his candle. The staff overall was very attentive do all of the different details and ensured that everyone was just having fun!

Definitelynitely a great place to take your kids. And definitely a great place to celebrate any kind of event without wanting to worry about any of the logistics and details. The staff was great!

Amaya Papaya has been such a welcoming place to take my son to play. As a new mother, it has also been wonderful to meet other new parents while regularly coming here. I can't say enough good things!

The indoor playground space is meant for children 0-5 and their parents/caregivers to enjoy. You can bring your child to play at Amaya Papaya but there is a lot of value-add to the classes and activities. The owner spends a lot of time to create a fun and friendly environment. She greets guests and gets to know your name and child's name. She leads the weekly classes that are geared towards babies and toddlers. I love that there is a structure to classes but the theme changes each week. My son has been exposed to a lot of different things; some as simple as finger painting, water play, and baby sign language, but even ice cream making and creating tie-dye shirts (okay, I did those things, but he helped me)!

Amaya Papaya is more organized than other spaces around town that I have visited. There are storage areas for the smaller toys. There are dirty toy bins all around (because spit happens...). Socks are required for everyone and there is a place to park strollers and keep shoes. I like that there is a designated area for smaller babies, which has age appropriate toys and a cushy mat area. What's also nice is that outside food is allowed and there is a small kitchen with tables and chairs. Bonus: there are high chairs available.

There is always an updated calendar on Google as well as Facebook, which is really helpful when planning the week. Amaya Papaya is active on social media as well and the owner keeps it fresh. Even cooler, the space can be rented out for birthday parties and as co-op/working space. There are fun activities for parents too, like once a month chair massages and a parent discussion time after class. The pricing is reasonable in my opinion for what you get, especially if you and your child(ren) take part in the weekly classes/activities.

Amaya Papaya will be a place my son and I will enjoy for years to come!

We were invited to a birthday here, and we're so happy to learn about this small business! Amaya Papaya reminds of a daycare atmosphere but you're attending the experience with your child/children. On Saturdays you can hold the location for two hours, for a private party! During the week, you do pay depending on the age of your child.

The location has some seating for children and adults, and a section for the buffet setup. The staff is very friendly too. I like the variety of activities the kids can play with: kitchen set, ball pit, along with toys. When you come visit make sure that you're wearing socks!

I recently took my son here using a 50% coupon I had and I must say that I was super impressed!!! This place is well kept and has plenty of activities for littles of all ages to enjoy. We went on a Monday and they had special activities as well that were thanksgiving themed. We did circle time, danced in bubbles, sensory bins, and arts and crafts. It was all great fun and something I appreciate because my son does not attend daycare so I don't get cute little crafts that come home with him and he doesn't get the socialization ever so it was nice to have that too. I got to meet the owner, Yolanda and she was a saint. She is so patient and kind and of course her daughter, Amaya, was there too and helping out.
We will be going back for sure!

Great local place for kids. It's been a struggle during Covid to get interaction for our now 16mo old son. This place is clean and only a few kids total here. Most play by themselves, but at least they are in the same room. I feel comfortable and am happy to have found this place

This place is adorable and we'll organized and clean! The owner works hard and does a great job of keeping things going, with a smile!! There was even a guy singing with his guitar!

Great place to let your little ones play because it's safe and has a nice neighborhood feel. A lot of mother's with newborns and toddlers. It's a small room so you can always see your child , there's a small place to eat, highchairs and the owner is very helpful if she sees you are overwhelmed.

I have a two-year-old grandson and my daughter is expecting another so this place is just perfect for us and for $11 you can stay as long as you want which is cheaper than childcare and we're lucky it's only five minutes from her house. This is a hidden gem!

Wow. The party we had for our son's first birthday exceeded all of our expectations! The women who were there to help with our Do It Yourself party made setup, transitions and cleanup seamless. I cannot give any suggestions for improvement. It was fantastic!
We had our guests sign the waiver online ahead of time and texted them a few hours before to remind everyone to wear/bring socks.
Pizza Hut nearby was a great decision for us, too.

A really great option to bring your little ones for some free play. We have this place on rotation and the best is that its indoor! They have many things to keep your kids occupied. My daughter probably enjoys the sandbox the most followed by the kitchen/market area and tool bench. Their is also a section that is just for babies and much younger crowd, separate from the more active bodies.

Pack some snacks and or lunch, there is a section of tables that you are able to sit and eat on which is a great option for you to stay longer and play. They do have a couple of snack items for purchase as well.

They do offer plenty events and have a monthly membership. This place isn't very close to us, so we just usually do the drop in rate. Also make sure to bring/wear socks for you and your little ones!

This is one of our favorite indoor places. Yolanda is amazing at what she does. She always checks on us to see how we are doing, never forgets our littles ones name, and fills our days with fun.

Everything is clean, safe, and tiny for your little ones to play and explore.
AP University (circle time style) is a perfect time to sing, dance, and learn.

Our little one never gets tired of going here. I definitely recommend this to place to all!

Amaya Papaya is an adorable place, and my daughter just loves it. No matter how often we visit, or how long that visit lasts, she never wants to leave!

There is a wonderful selection of toys, plenty of ways to keep your kids engaged, and admission is very affordable!
