Their staff is so nice and knowledgeable, their equipment is state of the art, and the exam is so thorough. I recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and friendly. Thorough eye exam for both eyeglass and contacts. They allowed me to take my time trying on new frames. The business was kept sanitary per Covid guidelines. The only problem was my contact order was called in with the wrong prescription, but it was easily corrected. They also did not offer the accuvue rebate. I had to ask. I was made to feel comfortable in their environment. I will return.

They are absolutely the BEST! They take excellent care of our entire family from our children to our parents. Always friendly and able to get you in when it is important. Friendly staff and great selection of eye wear.

Great experience with Dr. Alison, she was patient and did a great job of making my daughter at ease through the eye exam and getting fitted for her first pair of glasses. They had a great selection of frames.

Love this place! So great with kids and the doctor was even willing to come in on a holiday for an eye emergency. We had no issues with billing like the previous reviewer, nothing but good things to say here! They also have a great selection of glasses and sun glasses to choose from.

I visited Allison Eye Care recently and was very impressed!
I was hesitant at first, due to a bad review I read. However, I realized said review was from over 5 years ago! I figured I would give the place a shot anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised! The building itself is comfortable and relaxing, and everyone on the staff that I interacted with was very nice and personable! I didn't wait too long and everything went smoothly!

They clearly know what they are doing and are very professional and friendly.

Would not suggest this place! There were 2 good things about the entire place: the decor was very unique like a boutique almost and the eye doctor seemed personable. This place is really awful, however. Wait times seem to be about an hour sometimes a little more to see the doctor - my husband and I each went for an appointment and a follow-up at different times and all 4 times the wait was about an hour - I found that to be ridiculous.

The biggest thing though is their billing methods. When I went, they tried to get me to pay for my contact lenses out of pocket however I knew my insurance coverage well and called and talked to them and I had 100% coverage on a year of contacts - so I avoided the issue after multiple phone calls and walked out with a contact exam and contacts. My husband went in with different insurance and ended up with a surprise bill of over $1000.00 yes that is not a typo - the last $500 of which we received a surprise bill 3 months after the exam. Total out of pocket for us was over $700 after insurance. It was insane. Basically without asking and in some cases after my husband had specifically said that he didn't want something it was added on to the bill (such as a special $99 upgrade to anti-reflective lenses), some of the other charges were related to special tests the the doctor suggested would normally be covered by medical insurance - this resulted in over $300 and we did not have insurance that covered them. Other charges added up as well such as an extra contact exam charge on top of the $200 glasses exam charge and $50 to get his eyes dilated. This place was ridiculous. They definitely have some questionable billing practices and they are not people I feel I can trust anymore. Would not suggest to anybody.

I decided to go to Allison Eye Care because of the great reputation they have in the community. I did not wait long at all for my exam, the exam was very thorough, and they asked questions like they really cared when I was picking out frames and deciding on my choice of lenses.
I picked up my glasses within a week, and was not satisfied with the results. They were happy to re-test me, re-order the glasses, and had them in my hands in short order.
I ams o happy with the results, and would gladly recommend them to my friends,.

Our entire family goes here. We have had nothing but good experiences. Our needs range widely between the four of us - and the clinic takes great care of us all. Most of our family also has a special medical condition that requires additional monitoring for freckles in the eyes. We feel confident with our care and monitoring. We have NEVER experienced a waiting room delay. We are helped immediately even when we walk in. The staff is beyond friendly. I was shocked to see the earlier reviews - looks like the poor reviews were written years ago. Even back then we did not have any problems. We are a family that is very picky about our care. I drive 45 minutes for doctors for children instead of just settling for what is around us. Thankfully this clinic is centrally located. I would not post a positive review if I were not completely satisfied. We have had no billing issues. The clinic itself is beautiful and the selection of eye wear is amazing.
