I called in a panic my tub leaking and 20 degrees. Got helpful information from service dept. They came out and Brian their technician found leaking heater. A well stocked service truck and we were back in business. Great service Great business..

I have used the services and purchased products from Allen Pools for 30 years. Ed and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. They try to do the best thing for the customer. I trust them. It's like doing business with family.

We bought a house in Wallingford, Vermont that came with a Hot Springs Hot Tub. Never having owned a hot tub before, we have been so grateful for how helpful Allen Pools and Spas is in answering questions on the phone, and emailing us resources as well as it is super fun to stop by. They have a cotton candy machine.

Recently, our lid was leaking and I ordered a new one and found out it would be delayed for up to 26 weeks become of supply chain issues. There was some miscommunication about the spring cleaning service of our hot tub and as soon as I shared my frustration, they really worked hard to ease my frustration. Their customer service is excellent.

I recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a hot tub or to folks like me who find themselves with one and have no idea how to properly maintain it.

We had a great experience from the no pressure sale through install The install team put our tub in on a miserable snowy day. Everything. Was explained and went to plan. Sales team helped with coordinating an electrician and has followed up a couple of times.

They are an amazing local business. We go there to get our water tests, chemicals and help when needed. This week we had an issue with our hot tub and they sent someone out to help check it and fix it. As always friendly and quick. Thank goodness it was a simple fix

We have been enjoying our new hot tub now for over two weeks.
The installation went fairly smooth and the tub has exceeded
our expectations. The current tub (JETSETTER NXT) replaced our aged tub which served us well, but the new tub has great features which we
enjoy nearly every day.

We just had our new spa installed. What a fantastic experience from the purchase thru to the installation. Every person we have dealt with (sales, installation and service) has been terrific. Allen certainly understands what superlative customer service looks like. Thank you to everyone at Allen.

I can't speak to the service side, but the sales experience was exceptional. Within 8 hours of a quote request to the manufacturer for my zip code, I had a personalized video sent to me by Tonya: the sales person who held many hands through the installation. Pricing was straightforward and she found me more deals on in-stock models. I am not local, so she needed to work with my local contractor to coordinate. This included personal site visits and many calls. All parties on my side were very happy with the level of attention. I couldn't be here for the actual installation, so she made an extra trip out to go through the whole system with me. Just had my first couple of soaks in a really nice tub. Don't hesitate to use them.
