Action Auto

Brought my car in to Action Auto and spoke to Jesse and Brett who were tremendous help. I have an older GMC Vandura so so they were able to get it checked out with ease and let me know the issues as to why it hasn't been passing smog.

They not only were able to help me pass the smog check and fix the issues in a timely manner but also went out of their way to help me out.

Will definitely be back!

Just wanted to say thanks again to everyone at Action Auto for the great customer service you provided today. I popped in to see if I could get a smog check done same day. I was pleasantly surprised that it was done in 20 minutes! I purchased a coupon via yelp on site and saved money too! I will definitely be back and will refer friends, and family.

Action Auto completely came through for me!
Took my daughter's car there for a smog check (with an awesome coupon, they honored), and it went very smoothly.
I was told (by Brett) while we were there, if we have any further Automotive needs, to check back with him.
I told him that I've been very stressed over my Daughter's driver side door lock being punched out, to break into her car a while ago, and asked if he could fix it.
He sounded very confident, that he could get it done for a reasonable price!
We set an appointment with him.
Dropped the car off on the designated morning. We planned on a two day window, in case he ran into any snags.

Hours later, he messaged me that the car was done. I thought I was messaged by mistake, and called him to verify.

Action Auto did an amazing job in a short period of time, and I'm completely satisfied.

Buena Park Honda wanted over $1,000 for the same repair.
Action Auto beat that down, by way more than half!!!!

I appreciate Brett, and Action Auto, for taking care of my Daughter, in the meaningful way!

Nat has been the owner of this family owned business for more than 40 years. I thank God that I finally found honest mechanics that really take pride in their high quality work.
