Acme Prints

I run a rapidly growing small business. I pride myself on best quality and best service. My reputation is growing because of that. I moved my printing to ACME as my previous local supplier kept making significant errors causing great reputation problems to my business. I picked up another large order of about 400 custom printed tees and this is what my customer text me, "Tom, I just wanted to thank you again. I am blown away byt he quality of these shirts. Thank you for making the process so seamless!" Okay, that's huge for my business integrity. This is all because of the team at ACME!!! I happen to work with Stef and she is THE BOMB!

I tried using the ACME website to create an order but always says there's an error. I tried using different computers and even a tablet but didn't work. Would love to work with you guys from the great reviews but can't seem to create anything from your website. Frustrating...

I love these guys. Locally owned and great business for getting those beautiful shirts we so love to lounge around in or sport our causes.

I was in charge of designing and ordering some ~ ReAlLy CuTe~ shirts for a bachelorette party. And, honestly, I thought it was going to be a pain in my rear bc there were about ten cooks in the GD kitchen. I digress. I checked out some other printers and there were some SKETCHY situations out there. A friend recommended Acme and I am SO glad I went there. The prices were even better than the back alley printers I was about to settle for. tim and Zack were awesome the entire time. The team is so responsive and everything was perfect. The women loved the shirt Zack recommended - very cozy! I will 100% recommend them to anyone and come here anytime I need another ~ ReAlLy CuTe~ shirt made.

These guys are a quality outfit! I am very picky when Im spending money and these guys exceeded my expectations with a quality product in a short period of time. I made changes to my order. I didnt like the color of the shirt that I picked out and they happily sent them back and exchanged for a different color and still delivered in my ridiculously short period of time. I really did not think these guys could perform what I needed in the short period of time I gave them. At one point I was very frustrated because I had an image in my head that I felt could not be met. They met my expectations and then some! I can not thank them enough!

Pretty rude over the phone when I called and asked a pretty simple inquiry. A tone check is in order for sure.

Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business to support for a large print project.

She needed someone that'd be patient enough to work with her and her company's Creative Team due to company protocols that needed to be met. To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification.

This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags.

Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy.

Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else.

Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days?

Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

Very disappointed in Acme. I have done a lot of research of the printing companies around town because I needed an emergency one-off print done this weekend. I found that Acme prominently states that they are "open on Saturdays!" I drove in from Chandler to see if they could print the shirt for me.

When we got there another customer was ahead of us. I overheard the customer service rep tell them the designer is not in on Saturdays. Ok, no biggie. Then when we talked to her about our project she said that the production department is not open on Saturday's either. Their website did not disclose that in any way.

If their production department isn't there to print on Saturdays, and if they don't have designers their on the weekend either, why are they even open?! They should just be closed on Saturdays too like their competitors are. Instead, they state it as a way to differentiate themselves from other printers although they can absolutely do nothing for customers on Saturdays.

Acme has lost a customer.

I just finished using ACME for a client's embroidered patches. Both my client and I are happy with how it turned out, and I appreciated Saul's patience as I asked a lot of questions and tried to make sure the colors were accurate. The patches were manufactured in China, so if you are considering a similar project keep in mind that it may take awhile to get them shipped back to the US, and Chinese New Year could also cause delays. I've used ACME several years now for tshirts (which they produce in their shop in Phoenix), and I've always been happy with the value, process and the results. Using them for patches was a no-brainer.

The staff are all very patient and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to have found such an AMAZING place to print my t-shirts. I always feel at home when I drop in to start a new run of t-shirts. Even through I'm not a very large company, they make me feel just as important.

When working with screen printers, it's very important to trust them, especially when your building a brand. ACME Prints has my complete trust that when I pick up my product it will be beyond my expectations.

It's truly a place that has contributed to bringing my vision to life.
