Acme Air Conditioning & Heating

My home warranty company assigned Acme AC to my home. They came out & said my compressor was out. The tech said he ordered it & would be back soon to install. The heat index during this time is 109°. 4 days go by & I hear nothing so I call. Brittany answered & said the woman that handles home warranty has been on vacation. When she returns she will contact the home warranty company & try to get the compressor ordered! THEY HAD NOT EVEN ORDERED MY COMPRESSOR!!!! It's 87° in my house during the cooler hours! This is such poor service! Do not use ACME!!!!

Hi-just had my check up on my air conditioner unit and passed with A-except for one thing--I had black looking mold inside the motor drive area and walls. The technician J. R. recommended a UV light so the problem would go away and not come back. He (J.R.) gave me a small book on the UV light and how it works. The UV light was installed with my wishes. The cost was $399.00 but I do not have to worry any longer about the mold. J. R. is a nice person and explains what he is doing and how it will work. He is an asset to your business. Thanks MD
