AC Guys Cooling & Heating Services

A friend of mine was going to sell her condo and she knew the AC was not working but didn't know the problem. She paid someone to diagnose it. He suggested it was the line set. In a second floor condo, that is a complicated and expensive thing to replace. So I suggested that we bring in AC Guys for another opinion, as I have used them before. They charged 1/3rd the price and told me what the issue was but did suggest, as the system was 20 years old, it would be more cost effective to replace it. I didn't have to meet with anyone. I simply left a check and key. they took care of it all. Even scheduled the county inspector. Anytime they were coming out, I got a text message from them and a message from the technician with their pic. Very smooth and professional experience.

I called AC Guys because they came out the same day. That was the only thing that is positive about this company. My AC outside unit was leaking Freon, so the service guy closed the valve, put in Freon, charged $140 ($75 for service fee, $65 for Freon) and left.
Two weeks later, the AC was not cooling again. We called Del-Air this time. The service guy was much more courteous, and thoroughly examined the leaking part. The same place was leaking Freon. He told me the valve should have been replaced, not just closed. There were also two valves that were leaking, AC Guys only closed one. How unprofessional and what a wasted of money. I would never recommend and reuse AC Guys.

Great Company!!! I have been using them for years at my salon and they are very prompt and responsive to my needs. They have come out same day to ensure my staff and clients are comfortable as soon as possible. Great and knowledgeable group.

Be aware!! If you like stress, time consuming, hot Florida summer homes! This is the company to have install your ac unit!
Don't make the same mistake I made, by relying on the the reviews! Find a better place!
I had 2 new units installed by the company, ac does not work, especially during summer, no one knows how to fix it, the service line is rude, hangs up on me, reschedules without notice, come unannounced, never shows up.
2 years of hell..

First time using AC Guys and it was a weekend emergency! Amazing how quickly they got to us, did not overcharge because it was the weekend and very impressed with their knowledge. Got us fixed up to get us to Monday when we can have them come and fix the bigger problem. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others!!

Love these guys. I called on Tuesday, they had a guy come out the next day. Very nice and knowledgeable.

This company is amazing. I have very busy schedule and I have very little time to get things done. When our air conditioning went down. I called several companies and the only one that really showed they cared about my issue was AC GUYS. From the office staff to the techs and the owners this company made my issue the center of their concerns and owns the problem and went into action. I now have a brand new Rheem 15 efficiency unit and they gave me 18 months same as cash financing at no additional charge. I would recommend this company to everyone. It's great to know their are still honest good hearted family owned companies

I selfishly don't want to write a review so this fantastic place doesn't get too busy, but that wouldn't be fair to them or all the people out there trying to make their way with the other HVAC companies. AC Guys are always quickly available and knowledgeable of their trade and the industry. Justin is the tech I have used and he is PHENOMENAL. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the folks who answer my calls, but they all have been nothing but professional and prompt. I'm so grateful and thankful I have found this business - I would give them 10 stars if I could.

AC guys is by far the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. Justin called to say they would be here in 10 minutes and they were actually on time! That's a first for any company I've ever dealt with! Their price was very affordable and much lower than other places yet their quality superseded what I expected. Justin, one of the installers was very kind and explained things in a way that I could understand being a woman LOL. I would recommend AC guys to anyone who is looking to replace or even repair their current AC. Kudos to AC guys, you are the best!!! If I could rate them one to a hundred they would definitely be 101!
