It seems that most real estate agents these days will help you tour homes and put offers in, but not to find those homes to begin with; they set you up with MLS-associated sites, and it's up to you to find the homes of interest to tour. This was how it was with Abigail for the most part, but once we found homes of interest, she was incredibly responsive and spent hours with us touring homes in neighborhoods all over SF (and even farther afield).

My husband and I bought a condo in SOMA/SF through Abigail. We found her based on recommendations we saw on Zillow. Like the other recommendations, we had a great experience working with her. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the SF housing market, very quick to respond to my emails/inquiries, and took the time to explain everything to us. Compared to the other agents I found on Zillow and contacted at the same time, Abigail responded and acted significantly faster than the others to help me find what I was looking for. This was very helpful to me as a first-time home buyer, not to mention, I was living overseas at the time and everything was done remotely across distance and time zones.

The particular condo unit I was interested in (and eventually bought) had a lot of interest and was expected to receive multiple offers. Abigail worked with me on strategy and we came up with multiple front-page offers. She presented the one that was most likely to be accepted after finding out how many other offers there were. It wasn't our highest offer so essentially, Abigail helped us save $10K+.

My son and I recently bought a house through Abigail. I did not know her before, I found her online. She was patient and kind through a process of me changing my mind every few weeks about what I was looking for. She is a thorough professional, knows the ins and outs of San Francisco real estate and is willing to sit down and explain all the gory details. She also seems to be on call 24/7 - she either answered the phone immediately or called back within 1/2 and hour - even in the evenings! She also stayed with us after the title was done and helped with finding all the professionals we needed to do what we wanted with the place.
