Ordered a floral arrangement for my wife for our wedding anniversary. They delivered them to her work. She loved them and the girls at her work thought they were beautiful too.

Service was amazing the corsage was absolutely beautiful my girlfriend loved it. I ordered this corsage, my brother accidentally put it in the freezer so I had to order another one, so I brought the old one ordered a new one not expecting to get a refund on the old one had just brought it back because maybe they could've used the material and they gave me a refund and gave me another corsage. Best service ever. Definitely recommend!!

I went to a few local florists but thankfully walked into McShan. I wasn't sure what exactly we were looking for but needed 20 centerpieces and a bouquet for a quince. They took us in the freezers, showed us exotic flowers, ended up doing a special order, and worked with a set budget. The day of the event the delivery was prompt and professional. I really love how they send an email preview of your actual order before delivery/pickup.

I order a Eastern Star flower that I needed for a burial. I always order this certain flower from them. This time it was a white flower that was spray painted. It was nothing like I usually purchase. I called to explain the issue I had. The older lady that answered to me that I should not have pulled the flower out and I wouldn't have noticed the spray paint.

I loved my flowers. This is my favorite place to order flowers from and my husband's to-go place for flowers. The delivery drivers are always kind and professional.

The customer service was phenomenal. The flowers were absolutely stunning. They let you know when the delivery has been made. Great florist and I will definitely use them again.

I was kind of disappointed with the flowers from Mothers Day. I waited too late and the florist I use was out, so I had heard good things, but it was not the greatest. The flowers didn't resemble the online picture at all. My mom said they were gorgeous, but I think she was being sweet. The pictures did it no justice. They were right on time though and able to handle a last minute request, so there's that.

My wife just got three vases filled with holiday arrangements for a holiday wedding shower. The price was reasonable and the arrangements were outstanding.

They bouquet they delivered was absolutely beautiful and perfect.

At first I was a little disappointed because the image on Teleflora had white spray roses and chrysanthemum, which were replaced with white carnation and snapdragon, and I expected 8 roses instead of 5, but I soon realized that the bouquet from McShan was much more beautiful than the photo of what I ordered, with more diverse flowers and greens. It was one of the cheaper bouquets from Teleflora but it didn't look cheap. The snapdragons were so beautiful with the roses and the colors were coordinated so well across the entire bouquet. The recipient loved it. And I think we can't expect the actual bouquet to match the picture exactly.

The bouquet has also stayed so fresh. It's been 5 days and it's still going!

They also delivered it early in the morning which was perfect. I would absolutely order from them again!

I'm devastated how badly McShan has let me down. I have been a customer of McShan for nearly 30 years. My wife recently started a new job and her associates are much younger and cruel to her. I so badly wanted all of them to see my wife's beautiful arrangement for them to know how much she is loved. I spent $150.00! Why, because her happiness means everything to me, and I trusted McShan. Instead my poor wife watched other's receive flowers, and she received nothing for Valentine's day. I'm heartbroken for her, and it's my fault for trusting McShan. McShan didn't need to accept more orders than they could deliver, McShan obviously puts profits before service, and that is so disappointing. Good bye. - Michael Smith

p.s. I received an email stating that they " attempted " delivery, which was a lie because my wife had to work late and she is still at the office waiting for her flowers that aren't coming
