I really appreciate their prompt, friendly tire check service. I Just had 4 tires replaced due to Napa potholes. This is an outstanding company!

I took my 2009 Chevy HHR to them at their Napa Center to get a tire that leaked and had a nail in it and worn out inner tread replaced free of charge using my unconditional road hazard warranty.
Service Mgr Travis attempted to bamboozle /lie n state it was only good for 3 years - what a crock!
He finally acquiesced after I showed him my referral from Ty at Discount Tire Direct!.
as a result of this I won't use them in the future!
Discount Tire Direct sent me 45 miles North of where I lived to take care of this when they could have sent me 7 miles North to their Novato Location from where I reside in San Rafael, Ca

Absolutely wonderful service and I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy new tires.

I had a leaky tire on my Volt and was getting tired of adding air every few days. Took it here and they fixed it without any appointment in under two hours, and it was FREE! Like, no joke, $0.00, even though I've never been in any America's tire location before or ever bought anything from them! Can't beat that.

I only can say great things about this place! The employees are efficient, friendly and professional. There's a few times I came in here to get new tires and had great experiences. They even have a section to park and get air in your tires and the guys are always accommodating. Keep up the good work!

Quick, helpful and friendly. I had a nail in my tire and it was fixed before the week was over. They also offer complimentary air fill up and tire tread inspection!

My husband and I decided to drive to wine county with our two kids. Started like an amazing day but some how we got two flat tires on his Silverado truck! Both left tires were losing air by the second. Found this America's Tire in Napa, when the representative asked my phone number I told him we're not in their system. He gave me the bill, to my surprise it was 0.00 I said why?? He said "we want you to be on the road safe". What a beautiful unexpected surprise! Tires got repaired within 25 minutes, our day will turn amazing after all!
Their team members are amazing. Best customer service ever. I'm forever grateful to have found them. I know where I'll be getting my car's tires this summer!!!

Nate checked me in for my tire replacement. I barely had to wait once he entered the store. My experience with him shows me that he loves his job and loves to help people. He checked me in on another car with a slow leak and was very helpful then too. It's great to see a company hire guys like Nate who focuses on customer's satisfaction.

Was having a terrible day stuck on the side of the road with 2 flats, thank you so much to the manager Justin who turned my frown upside down with the top tier costumer service, I called in & his helpful demeanor calmed me down & gained a customer for life. He checked all my tires and I'm glad he did because he suggested I change the remaining tires which I did to avoid future problems. Truly thankful to the staff at this establishment. Great business!

I have to give a shout out to the staff. I had excellent service today while getting new tires. A got a great price and was treated very professionally. That is a plus these days!
