3 stars because Starbucks is Starbucks and the products are pretty regulated.
For the service and product that we received is why I applied the reduction. I ordered cold brew with light ice and it had a lot of ice. Their excuse was with their reusable cup it's hard to tell. It shouldn't be because they use a scoop specifically to measure the ice. It's not like they're eyeballing it through the side.
It's not like it results in more cold brew. It's just less ice. I drink it slow and don't want it super watered down .
