IHOP

After an early morning physical therapy appointment, I suggested to Diane that we come here to have breakfast, which is atypical behavior for us. She was game and hungry too, so off we went. She ordered a Griddle Combo with 2 Scrambled Eggs and added Cheddar Cheese, and I originally opted for a Breakfast Sampler of 2 Sunnyside Up Eggs, ham, bacon, and sausage plus two Blueberry Pancakes.

But then I saw a fetching pictorial announcement on the table for a monthly special of Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pancakes. Diane, in turn, then added to her order with Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes. We each chased our breakfasts down with steamy and delicious Hot Chocolate, including one Hot Chocolate refill apiece.

The food was quite tasty--especially the specialty pancakes--but we had more than we could handle. So, about half was packed up to go for later enjoyment. Service by Delfina N. was very good, and booth seating comfortable.

First may I just say I don't usually leave reviews on restaurant chains, but the only reason I'm doing this one is because of the waiter. The waiter was super nice and deserves praise for how nice and funny he was. The kitchen also forgot to make my breakfast burrito and I heard him constantly going back and asking for them to make it they way I asked with bacon and sausage... but even with him constantly reminding them they still didn't put any sausage in in it and there was one, I'm not joking one skinny short piece of bacon.

But everything else was basic. Food was what you expect it to be even with the new Wonka menu. The ambiance was a bit weird because there was this guy walking around asking to do a survey online that had nothing to do with ihop to get a $10 ihop gift card. The question were super weird! Be aware! Questions about income, household size, job, health, and dependents. But we just "preferred not to answer" and the guy gave us the gift card when we left. Our waiter ended up checking us out and he wasn't even sure who the guy was but he had an ihop name tag on and was walking around. But the waiter didn't even know who the guy was or that he was even passing out gift cards because he asked where is everyone getting the gift cards? Was there a fair or something like contest we didn't know about? I think that's very odd.

In anyway the two stars are for our waiter only!

I have not been back to this location for at least a year due to some very poor experiences. Today was much better. My spicy poblano omelette was very tasty. I upgraded to the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and they also very good. My breakfast with coffee, tax, and tip was over $28.00 for one meal - a little pricey but at least the food and service were good this time.

I had the mango tea drink to quench my thirst. I really wanted it sweetened so added sugar then it quenched my thirst !!!

Very orderly dining area setting with an area only booths for 2 or more people. Dining tables set up in another area with a glass divider.

Very smooth foot traffic for servers and diners with no swerving around tables.

I munched on my Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs Benedicts !
I was expecting the bourbon taste of the bacon but it was actually bourbon jam !!!

Well the server's shirt uniform had IHOP slogan written at the back

"LET's put a SMILE on yiur PLATE"
sure did give me a smile in my belly !!!!

I ate here for breakfast and got the blueberry pancake combo and it was great. The service was great shout out to our server Matthew for being funny and helpful and for his excellent service. I give your restaurant 5 stars. The place was clean and there was no wait time. Thank you IHOP you guys rock!!!

Food was below standard. The eggs Benedict as you can see were overcooked, the hollandaise sauce wasn't creamy. Service was great provided by Themys and that's why it has even 2 stars. Place itself was clean.

Worst service ever. waited 30 mins to get food and to top it off it came out cold so didn't stay. unbelievable that the own manager would bring out cold food.

This review is to the owner not the staff.. and that's the only reason I do 2 stars my waitress was super nice and helpful..but the way to hear that most of the menu items are not available it's disappointing if you are trying to save money change your menu and we know exactly what to expect, food quality was not good even the coffee was bad.. definitely not coming back

Second time here. Located on Industrial Parkway past Old Spaghetti Factory to your right. Limited parking .

We came here for a late night meal. We we're immediately seated and our waitress asked for our orders, but we needed a few minutes to decide.

Ordered:
Colorado omelette
Fluffy Strawberry Banana French toast
Spinach and cheese omelette

They ran out of avocados so we couldn't order the avocado toast.

Meals were served up pretty fast. Waitress was friendly and we gave her a nice tip.

We just wished they had avocados otherwise we'd give them a 5 star. Our meals were good and filling for the night.

Ordered the Rooty Toody Extravaganza. It was horrible. Ordered the mix fruit. Picture showed fruit as a topping. No fruit! Oh I am sorry one small blueberry. Pancakes were hard. Over cooked eggs. Never again.
