The delicious food that the family and I had but unfortunately we gobbled that food up so fast there wasn't any time. Although I am not a fan of the pricing the food is bomb diggity. I would recommend this place more than the other sandwich shops in the area. I got the Philly steak and cheese with some jalapeños for a little spice in my life. Sides were some salt and vinegar chips and a large drink. I really like the new fancy soda machine, it's one of those ones were you can mix flavors into the drink. If you want a lime cola or a cherry cola you can Jane it your way. Delicious. The staff were so nice and friendly they asked all

They had free subs today for people whose name started with Ch. Of course I took advantage of the offer and got the turkey, bacon, ranch. I'm glad it was free because it was basically all bread. The amount of meat was so stingy I couldn't even taste it. The young cashier was extremely friendly and didn't check that my name really did start with Ch. I will not be back.

Went in hoping for a nice meal with the family. Instead, food took an hour to come out from the time of ordering. I understand being busy or food taking time to be made but 1 hour for fast food is excessive. The young lady behind the counter was blatantly rude when I just asked about my order. I will not be spending my money at this location in the future, it is not worth the frustration.

I'm still unsure if I like this place. I want to be impressed with a good sub, but overall-- I'm not. Last time they messed up my order. This time, they just didn't ask anything. They just lack pure service. No question of what sauce. No question on white or wheat. How about the size. Nope. Nada. Not even offers for free add ons (that I saw after I ordered on a cardboard menu. Not even a drink offer. I'm like... huh? So just letting you know: (1) check your sandwich before heading out the door to home & (2) Ask for extras -- they are on a cardboard sign on top of the counter-- & (3) don't forget thee drink!

Not an LGBTQ+ friendly establishment! Had someone have a really bad customer service experience and I as well as friends and family will no longer be eating firehouse subs.

To be honest, I don't know if this is a company wide policy, however I was with friends (a married couple) that were refused service because they are gay. Prejudiced bias and bigotry was the reason. When they asked to speak to a manager the girl said there wasn't one there at the time. We walked away in disbelief! Anyone I come into contact with will be steered away from this company. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Hands down the best service of all of the Firehouse locations in Tucson. Service is always fast and friendly and the food tastes good. We make the drive from the far Eastside as this location really is that much better than the others.

Slow , honestly I ordered online and I showed up on the time it was picked up for ended up waiting 20 mins longer than it was supposed to be done.
