I've been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for years, and my best friend recommended Mio at Bijou. Hers look absolutely amazing! I got nano brows and just went in for my 8 weeks touch up.

They are completely life changing, and I'm absolutely obsessed. I don't have to spend time filling in my sparse and uneven brows, because they are now perfect!

Mio is an artist, an absolute perfectionist and professional. Highly recommend anyone thinking about getting their brows done to go to Mio at Bijou!

Firstly, the prices are really overwhelming and unrealistic here. For a 45 minute hybrid set appointment, it was $250 not including tip. This pricing is really unsustainable. But most importantly, I got a bad eyelash infection from the set. It hurt when the set was being put on and when I left my eyes were bright red and burning. I left my appointment at 4pm and went straight to sleep when I got home hoping to sleep through the pain and be able to wake up recovered. But it was a rough night with the intense eye pain. I woke up every few hours to add more eyedrops with no relief. I regret not taking a photo on the spot as there was even yellow gook but here is my current photo the day after after cleaning up and scrubbing my eyes. You can see that they are still extremely red and irritated and they hurt a lot. I have a concert to attend tonight and now don't even feel well enough to go and if I do go, I will have to wear my glasses and be in pain the entire time. What is worst of all is I did kindly call the reception this morning to explain the situation but was just told to take Benadryl. As a business, there should be more care about their customers and I do believe I should have been offered a refund. The only offer they made was to remove the lashes but I'm just going to do that on my own as I don't want to return there. I am at doctor now to get medicated eye drops to try to get relief sooner and this is an expense I have to take on. It is unfortunate as this is the closest lash salon to my house but I will not be returning here and will be taking my business elsewhere. For reference, a lash tech coming to my house charges $200 for a full set, so the fact I'm making a trip out to a salon and it's even more expensive than that is shocking. I would highly recommend getting your lashes done elsewhere!

Lovely shop - so glad I found Maria. My first dive into lamination and Maria gave me perfect brows. She tints, shapes and laminates them to enviable results.

Best of all, we have lovely chats and the experience (even the tweezing) is painless. I have started pre-booking my next service with her before leaving.

I had Microblading done on my brows last spring with Nesa. I was really happy with how they looked after the first session- I'd brought a photo and I felt she executed the vision I had! I'd specifically told her I wanted to see the individual hairs and didn't like a shaded or blocky brow.

A few months later I went in for my touch-up session. Nesa insisted on adding shading to my brows which I told her I didn't want, but she was extremely pushy and went ahead and did it anyway without my permission because she said she knew what would look best. Now every day when I wake up, I have to fill in the uneven spots in my brows where she didn't do any shading because they look uneven and patchy (when I didn't want any in the first place, and the whole point of Microblading was to avoid having to apply makeup to my brows.) The beautiful strokes she'd originally done are now just blurry and powdery looking. I'm leaving this review months after my treatment because I still think about how unhappy I am with the service and my experience with Nesa.

Bijou Beauty is my go-to spot for beauty treatments. The facility is super clean and has a great vibe. The people working the front desk are always so kind and helpful, and I've had consistently good experiences with all of the technicians!

Mio is the absolute best - I'd been wanting to try microblading and lip blush for a while, but was a little nervous. I'm so glad I decided to get these done by Mio because she is incredibly talented and her attention to detail is top notch! I would 100% recommend Mio for microblading and lip blush. She is also so sweet and kind, and made me feel so comfortable during the service.

Love, love, love! The proof is in the picture! I have straight short eyebrows and I just don't want to get addicted to lash extensions. So I turned to lash lifts. Lira did an excellent job! She is knowledgeable, efficient and super sweet. She made great recommendations and did my lash lift in under 40 mins! I'll definitely be back.

FYI: it doesn't hurt and it last so long!!!

I had a lash lift as a model with Wendy! She has been a lash artist for a few years now & is very professional, friendly, & passionate in her work. She thoroughly explained aftercare so I could have the best experience with my first lash lift. Wendy is new to the workplace but is someone you won't regret booking with! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a lash service, & will definitely be booking with her for all my future lash needs! Before/after pictures for reference!

I highly recommend Maria at Bijou Beauty for brow lamination. The business itself is clean and beautiful, and Maria is very skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the procedure. She took her time to ensure each hair was perfectly in place and the results lasted for weeks. Maria is a true professional and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

I did brows and lashes lamination first time ever. I should have not done it, seriously. My real lashes pretty tick them selfs i just wanted to have some lifting look for more volume. So here what happen: First of all both over-burned, then my skin around eyes peeled next day and i had red rash for over the week, where in fact before doing these procedures i have mentioned that im going on vacay and if there any side effects after, where i was told "no plus we have professional doing it". If you understand, i was not my self enjoying the vacation or taking any picture or going out because how I looked like. Brows became looking better two weeks after the procedure, but not lashes...
Its been over a month now since lamination, and My real lashes now all fallout! And so brows have now empty patches. I hope with vitamins to get some back which will take a time if the aura wasn't damaged, but since the skin was burned and peeled, im most likely sure its damaged.
If the professional did the work they would have recommended this "honey, your brows and lashes are think lets keep them its way", but no they just need to sell. So watch-out!
