Midwood Flower Shop

I am livid! I ordered these for my mom for Christmas based on the picture (shown) but at the premium cost, so the total was $100 before the delivery. Instead of flowers they PLOPPED an atrocious, gaudy ornament in the middle.

I called them about this. The response was that, "the picture online is two-years old," and they instead used "more expensive flowers." Which I informed them that they should have called me with options.

They offered me a discount on my next order. Why do they think I would ever order from them again?

Terrible.

Received a beautiful sympathy flower from here recently and it was perfect. Even the delivery guy was nice (didn't catch his name). Kudos to Brooke for the awesome arrangement.

This is the 3rd time receiving a fabulous arrangement from Midwood Flower Shop and they are always on point even after 8 days. I havent been a customer yet however based on the consistency on the receiving end, they are looking like my go to florist moving forward.

Midwood Flower Shop recently made the arrangements and decorated for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding and rehearsal dinner. All I can say is AMAZING!! A special thanks to Julie, Jenny, Ricky, Krista and the rest of the Midwood team for an amazing job! They were truly some of the most beautiful, vibrant and colorful arrangements I've ever seen. Searched google & Yelp for a floral shop to place an order to have flowers sent to my sister who lost her beloved fur baby over the weekend. I found this place, and then when to their FaceBook to see what reviews they had and to see if they are active on there. A really cute arrangement caught my eye. I called when they opened and talked to one of the sweetest people. She was very friendly and explained their process (email to confirm order, notification when it was delivered). I then called back to see if they had any picture frames to go along with my order. She sent me pictures and without hesitation, added it to my order. Never to complain or sound aggravated.
It was a beautiful arrangement for my sister, and my sister loved them both!! Being so far away it's hard to trust that some places will deliver quality product. You exceeded my expectations (being a former floral shop worker). Thank you for taking the time and care in making my sisters day a little brighter!

I recently ordered some flowers for my mother who lives in a retirement community in Charlotte. I called and described what I wanted to send and what they put together was simply stunning! My mother was incredibly happy and so was I for choosing them. Highly recommend!!

Midwood Flower Shop exceeded our expectations. We ordered Get Well flowers for a friend recovering in a local Charlotte hospital. Being in California, we had our fingers crossed that the flowers would be as advertised on Midwood's website. Delivery was next day and on time. I ordered flowers in the morning to be sent to a hospital in Pineville and it got there at 2 PM. Much faster than I expected. The flowers were beautiful. And still are, after 3 days.
