Do not bother mobile ordering!!! Took nearly 30 minutes to get my order and the barista was on her phone while making my drinks. Very disappointed, I expect more from Starbucks. Mobile Guests should be prioritized at the same rate as drive-thru guests and they clearly are NOT at this location.

Don't place an online order for pick up in store or place an order in store. This location clearly prioritizes the five cars in the drive thru instead of the 15 patrons inside. Just waited for FORTY MINUTES for my online order in store, and it was a simple blonde roast with cold foam. Forty minutes. The best part? Not even an apology for the wait when I finally got my order. Skip this place and just go to the one in Target right by.

If you must come here, go to the drive thru. It's the only thing the staff is concerned with keeping up on. Service here is abysmal. Half an hour to get a drink. Staffed poorly. Not the fault of the hourly workers, they definitely do their best. I don't normally come to this location but I've risked it a few times when I'm in the area and it's always a nightmare. Management either doesn't care, or doesn't get the support from above to actually make things better here.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this service was horrible. Almost all employees had attitudes. The line was extremely backed up and we waited 30 minutes total for them to mess up our order. We told them it was the wrong drink and they gave us attitude about it. They "remade" it but it was still the wrong drink and they even remade it with a smaller size too. Very disappointed.

Another day another Starbucks. We ordered a decaf pour over with pumpkin flavoring and an Iced Chai latte. They were efficient and friendly. Adding pumpkin flavoring to decaf helped add the flavor without as much caffeine and milk.

I don't think these guys get enough credit at this store. They are short staffed and still hustling with a smile. Thank you guys.

I've been going here for a few months (almost every day) and they really do create an awesome relationship with their regulars. The customer service is always amazing and they're usually very fast. There will be days the line is out to the road and they just speed through it. Their always consistent and amazing!!

Stopped here while visiting the area. The service was quick/efficient and the staff were friendly. Drinks tasted great too. A nice location for a quick caffeine fix. :)

I've never been to a Starbucks that was nicer than this one. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help me order something new. They told me all of the new special drinks they have available and helped me choose the perfect drink! The friendliness of the staff is amazing and the inside is super clean!

I could not live without my Iced Shaken Green Tea or one of their delicious concoctions. My favorite coffee is Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato . I usually go through the drive thru Always on the go it's also on my route for work. The drive through people have always been friendly and my coffee and food selections delicious. I do like that this location as lunch options. Everything that I have gotten here has been pretty good.
