IHOP

First of all, from reading some of the other reviews it's obvious some people simply just use Yelp to complain, not actually provide useful information about their experiences. And one mistake on one visit gets a 1 star? Really? Okay, rant over. I've enjoyed breakfast, lunch and now dinner at this IHOP location and tonight I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. The main reason being Holly. Holly was amazing from the greeting to the "come back and see us"...well, definitely will be returning to try more of the menu options. The menu has changed and Holly was really helpful in that regard. She checked to ensure everything was fine regularly and with a smile! :) Did I mention excellent friendly communication as well. IHOP is lucky to have her! The food was fresh and generous! IHOP does have the best pancakes! The 80s music was a nice touch as well. Definitely coming back more often and encourage others to take advantage as well. One final thought, the prices for a hamburger were about the same as some fast food places and much much better! Thank you.

On July 9(h my friends went to this restaurant and were gravely disappointed. They ordered pancake plate and waffle plate. They we're looking forward to their meal and when it came what a disappointment!!! There was about three 4" round pancakes nothing with it for $8.99 and the other waffle plate was only a waffle for $14.00. This cost is outrageous. We go to HOT OFF the Grill and get what is pictured for $14.99. We will never go back to IHOP!!!

- Split Decision Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 French toasts, and 2 buttermilk pancakes. I LOVE that they have this option. I can never decided which I prefer. Now I can have both! They accidentally gave me 3 pancakes so I was beyond full. Food was good. 4/5

SERVICE: It took a long time for us to get our order in. This was partially our fault. My sister asked for a table for 8 but 4 people ended not coming. The waitress was waiting for everyone to arrive so she never stopped by our table. When we finally got our order, we were missing one item. My poor niece was starving by the time she got her food. The waitress was apologetic. 2/5

FINAL THOUGHTS: Food was good. The experience would have been better without all the hiccups.

I honestly loved every experience we encountered here for breakfast. I was really surprised to see the low ratings. Maybe I came on a better day where our server was AMAZING, the coffee and establishment was immaculate!!

We've been around the area for years and have always overlooked this diner. I'm glad that we finally gave it a try. Must say this will be our new go to. It was just so perfect.

Prices are comfortable, food is comforting, coffee is perfectly strong with a great aroma flowing with every sip. We really enjoyed every bit. Not to mention how clean this place is. Everything looks new, clean and bright.

I would like to thank our server, she made our breakfast experience that much better.

This place is terrible!!!! No wonder why they have such crappy reviews. Maybe corporate should just close this location down and save some money. Website and door said they are open until midnight. Got there a little before 11:30 and the doors were already locked. I was disappointed but there's an amazing Mexican place a little ways down the road that's open 24 hours. This place is a lot better anyways. You guys definitely lost my business!!!

Super easy to order through Yelp/grubhub. I wanted to postpone my order from 12:30 to 2:30 pick up and the person I talked to on the phone at IHOP was so sweet and reassured me I could postpone the order and call when I was on my way (around 2). When I called the same person answered and made sure I was able to pick up all my food exactly as it was ordered even with special instructions! If you read this, thank you our food was so good!!

Today, my omelet was made better. A bit more amount of cheese sauce was added. It was ok.

holly is an AMAZING SERVER! She served us within 2 minutes of being sat, she's such a happy and positive person and it made our breakfast so enjoyable! It's clean and a nice restaurant with o sit down in. The food was amazing! 10/10 experience with a 10/10 server. That girl needs a raise!

We waited for a table. Finally got one , got attitude from waitress. We got up, left and went to Huckleberry's and had a great breakfast .
