I recently closed on my first house and Cody did a fantastic job in securing my loan quickly. My real estate agent Sarah and Cody worked together to make what is already a rough process go seamless. It was a pleasure working with Cody and his team. Cody will walk you through the process and inform you of the next steps throughout the entire process of your loan. I highly recommend their group if you are thinking of a mortgage loan as they are quick and their program is very simple and user friendly.

I cannot say enough about Cody and his team. Cody was always quick to respond, honest, trustworthy, and an overall pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. It was a stressful time for my wife and me as this was our first home but Cody really simplified everything and was available for my endless questions and ignorance; he never made me feel like an inconvenience to him. He took a process that should be difficult and simplified everything for my wife and me.

We worked with Cody at Guaranteed Rate to secure a loan for our first house. The entire process was so easy and simple and I loved the fact that I never had to talk on the phone - it was all done completely online. Cody was incredibly fast with his responses and he really moved the entire process along so quickly. I always thought getting a loan for my first house would be a huge nightmare but with Cody it was so easy!

As a first time home buyer I had about 100 questions everyday throughout the process. Cody was always incredibly open to answering all of them and providing me with answers that broke down complicated process' into easy to understand language. Cody is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, even despite our 3 hour time zone difference. Refinancing my home digitally was an amazingly simple and flexible (time-wise) process. It was actually kind of fun, as far as these things can be, really didn't require much of my time, and fit perfectly into my busy working parent life.

We just closed a home loan with Cody a few weeks ago. Being first time home buyers, working with Cody was a pleasure and a breeze. He's a very friendly and attentive person whom we found helped ease all our stresses in being unfamiliar with all the complexities of buying a house. He was always available to talk over the phone and was extremely quick and willing to communicate via email (which is a huge help when trying to juggle a full-time job and all the steps of home buying!). Cody helped us get our appraisal squeezed in much quicker than expected in a very busy market, and helped us get through appraisal and everything lined up to close earlier than anticipated.

We were travelling out of the country for a majority of our closing period, and Cody assured us that we'd be able to keep things on track and handle any requests that came up electronically. He managed everything beautifully so that we were through underwriting before we even left, we had very little paperwork to do while we were away (of course this would depend on your individual situation), and came back to a deal that was all done and ready for signing at the title office. From the extremely competitive rates, to the easy online application process, to Cody's personal touch in keeping us in the loop and de-stressed it was a pleasure working with him. We're hoping to be in this home for many years to come, but if we're ever in the market again for another home loan or looking to refinance we'll be checking in with Cody first.
