This place has a very bad vibe. Salesman was snobby and brusque. When I left (after purchasing a gift) he told me to "enjoy my time in New York." I've lived in SoHo for 30 years. What made him think I was a tourist? My scuffed shoes from running a quick gift buying errand after a doctor's appointment? My non-designer bag? Do I not look Madison Avenue enough? Was it because I inquired about prices of items instead of buying without even asking? Is that what non-tourists do here? I wish I had asked why I was mistaken for a tourist but I guess I was too taken aback and tongue tied. I just wanted to leave. I don't post many reviews but I just wanted to convey if anyone of influence or power at this company reads these - because of that comment I will never purchase anything not only from this store but from this entire brand ever again. Way to ruin my day.

Worst customer service of my life, it was literally a customer disservice. Garret was rude and aggressive, attempting to literally rip an item out of my hands until I backed away. Cause me a panic attack. Condescending and rude after he realized what he had done as well. Go to Saks or Neimans instead.

Terrible customer service. The blonde sales woman is beyond rude and lacks any sense of professionalism. For a place with only mediocre product, I was surprised by her terrible attitude. They would be wise to find someone else to represent their brand.

Never ever buy anything from the store nor online. I was directed to return items to the Edison NJ office via fedex. Never issued a credit and clearly someone in warehouse stole items. Been a painful two months. Stay away.

I ordered two $800 crystal vases as Christmas presents in mid-November. One was shipped timely with the rest of my order and the "supposed" second one was received about a week and a half later. When wrapping gifts in early December, I noticed that what I thought was the second one was actually a totally different (and much cheaper) item. When I contacted Baccarat customer service, they advised that the vase is no longer made and out of stock. Apparently rather than issue a refund of my $800, they sent me a totally unacceptable alternative / substitute without ever telling me. In order to get my money back (since correct item is not available), I now have to return the crappy substitute item they sent. It takes them at least a day (go figure) to provide me with return documents, then I have to pack and transport to carrier (not compensated by them) and then wait who knows how long to get my money back. Speaking with multiple customer service reps yielded no way for them to expedite the process for me. Bottom line - $800 for an item that was out of stock where they took it upon themselves to send me / substitute the wrong item rather than just issue me a refund. Now they will hold on to my $800 for who knows how long to process the return, then to process receipt and then hopefully issue a refund. What a under-handed way to operate and take a customers money and improperly hold on to it. After several $3,000 plus purchases, I will never do business with them again. They screwed up a Christmas gift and held my money hostage due to their unethical business -practice of substituting an inferior product rather than be upfront and advise item out of stock / issue refund.

I come here to when I go on a date with myself. One of my favorite places to go to treat myself to some sanity and peacefulness. The ambiance is quite and sophisticated; being there just makes me feel beautiful.. and the staff is attentive (the right amount of attention.)

This store has amazing customer service. I had an issue with a glass and they replaced it with a smile. Great reputation and quality. Thank you to Nikki the manager for being so amazing.

A lot of people think that this place only has crystal housewares, but it actually has classy crystal jewelry as well. I bought a ring from here that I loved until I broke it... Serves me for wearing it while doing something besides sitting around! This location is small and quiet.
