211 Waste Disposal

DO NOT USE 211 - NOT PROFESSIONAL and GET ANGRY WHEN YOU POINT OUT THEIR FAILURES:
At no time during the scheduling of a dumpster did anyone tell me that we might not be able to pick up the dumpster in a timely manner because we've run off all of our drivers. When I called to have the existing dumpster picked up and a new one dropped off, they confirmed the pick-up but said they could not drop off a new one because they are short drivers and down to only 1. I scheduled a different dumpster place for the 2nd dumpster and when I received confirmation of the drop off I called to re-confirm that 211 had already picked up the existing bin when I was told they cannot pick up the existing bin because they are down to a single driver. This placed us in a very bad situation because now we cannot get rid of trash and debris that is rotting and smelling and causing a hazard; but that they never properly or effectively communicated in advance. Had they said when we placed the first order they might not be able to pick the bin up timely, we could have gone with a competitor given that I did communicate our rush to get the house cleaned up and the need to remove the fire hazard of newspaper, trash and food waste that was already smelling. 211 is unprofessional and when I pointed out their lack of effective communication, General Manager Corin wanted to get nasty and hateful. They do not know how to be customer-centric nor do they understand real business and I would never recommend using 211 for any needs because you never know how they will react.

This place is dishonest and argue even when they know they are wrong. Told me 2 different prices of dirt on 2 different days, Tuesday $25, Thursday $35. Whatever 10 isn't worth raising my blood pressure. Mind you I have a landscaping company and I just got 2 yards of soil somewhere else, so I went to 211 for the crap fill dirt, they lady states its 2 yards and they will load with a bobcat. The guy loads with a massive loader but puts about 3/4-1 yard maybe on my trailer, I asked the guy if that's 2 yards he tells me yes and if I want more I'll have to go pay again. I have pictures from the first load from another place that's a true 2 yards, I showed the rude lady at the front she tried every excuse to say why it looked bigger than their less than 1 yard but telling everyone it's 2, what she didn't know it the picture was after the load conpacted for an hour drive and it isn't "fluffy" like she called it and their dirt was just put on my trailer and said there's isn't fluffy. This is the worst business I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I hope with the other reviews and this one get out to people bc they are not honest or loyal people that work there. I guess there's a reason why their workers keep leaving them for better jobs. Find a different place to buy from, this one is 15 minutes from my house and I'll drive the hour one way next time with gas prices over $4 at least I'll feel like I get treated fairly.

Rented a 30 yard dumpster from this joke of a company to remodel our lake house. I explained to the driver 3 times he should stop before backing down the driveway to observe the turns as well as the incline. He said he knew what he was doing. He had been doing this for 27 years. Upon deciding not to listen to what I told him, he decides to back down anyway without reviewing. I received a call from him stating he crashed into a large retaining wall and destroyed our concrete steps. Said he would fix it. We have tried calling multiple times to Wanda, Michelle, and the owner Tommy. They refuse to fix the damage due to their negligence. The woman in the office Wanda stated she had a rotten cross tie wall at her house too. Well Wanda, sorry our retaining wall did not withstand the impact from a 25,000 LB truck and dumpster barreling down our driveway backwards with no brakes. Now on top of a very expensive remodel, my wife and I are having to replace walls and concrete steps that 211 Waste Disposal destroyed. The lack of customer service with this company is appalling. They have zero respect for anyone else's property. I would go out of my way to ensure no one else has to go through what we have with this sub par company.
