IHOP

Excellent service, food was great! Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff was amazing. Store team was hustling, getting through tables, orders coming in hot and quick, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I experienced at this location. Haven't had IHOP in years. Kudos to you guys!

My nieces had a terrible experience at this IHOP with a waitress named Angie Lenny. I have also had not so great experiences here with the service (or lack thereof), but when my teenage niece got so frustrated and overwhelmed that she wanted to cry and leave, I decided it was time to leave a review.

This IHOP wasn't particularly busy, and yet it took more than 5 minutes for them to be acknowledged when they walked in. It was just my two teenage nieces trying to have a nice breakfast before school, and they weren't shown to their table, but just kind of told what general area to sit in.

Then they waited another 20 minutes to have their order taken. In the meantime, they saw other people (adults) who had come in after them quickly being seated, orders taken, and food served, all while they were STILL waiting to just have their order taken.

All that these girls had wanted was to enjoy a nice meal before the long school day ahead of them. However, with how SLOW the service they received was, they almost missed their bus which would have made them late for school and just added so much unnecessary stress to what should've been a nice breakfast they were treating themselves to.

It seems that this IHOP has a tendency to discriminate against some and give better service to certain patrons over others. However, a paying customer is a paying customer and regardless of my nieces' ages, they should have been given the same service as the other customers around them.

Lived in the neighborhood since 1956. Just got to encounter the RUDE and DISMISSIVE "Faith". When you hate your job, it's time to find something else. Made me feel like I was totally inconveniencing her by asking about to-go menu options.

I'm in a biracial relationship and we came here to Ihop for breakfast and after 45min the waitress forgot to put the order in so we just got up and left the manager just saying sorry but not saying will get your order and it's on the house so eff this place

Wow an inexpensive satisfying breakfast that includes has browns, eggs, and bacon!
This dish is not monstrous, but the flavors are intense.
These new pancake tacos are just enough to satisfy your mornings craving for pancakes bacon hash browns and eggs in the perfect package!!!
I'll be back for more of these!!

I have never even gone past this location & not seen people waiting outside for a seat. It seems like it's always busy. However, they do do a good job at getting people in and out of there so even if there is a lot of people waiting, chances are you won't have to wait a super long time. Also, almost every time I've gone, it's a large party taking all the indoor seating (which is incredibly limited) forcing everyone to wait out side. So don't be discouraged.

Parking, however, is something to be concerned about. There's next to no parking. Especially on week days when the tiny lot needs to be shared with the other businesses there. Weekends, are better, but not by much. Also, the spots are somewhat small & people tend to park poorly which means you're going to have to really squeeze in. If you have an oversized car, just forget it.

Staff here is incredibly friendly. When they are super busy they can sometimes disappear for a bit while attending to other tables, but you will never be forgotten & they are always very apologetic. They also do a great job of getting your order in & your food out to you very fast. You won't have to wait for your order for too long.

The food itself is fine. It's IHOP. You shouldn't be going in expecting one of the best meals of your life. Their pancakes are definitely some of the best I've ever had at a nationwide chain, but everything else is just average. Prices are what you would expect. However, I do feel like the profit margins must be huge as you're buying food that shouldn't be costing the restaurant too much to make. But once again, you know what you're getting in to when you go to a restaurant for breakfast. And it's not so astronomically high that you're being overcharged. Personally I'd rather make my own bacon & eggs at home but, if you really want to go out for it, this IHOP is a good option.

I was not very pleased. Had the Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Steak had no flavor, the mashed potatoes were runny. The broccoli was the only thing I actually liked. Was displeased to learn they don't offer military discount. And they don't even mention the Sr discount menu (I learned that after I placed my order).

Orders are too slow to come out, place is a mess, waitress didn't get the right order. Waited an hour after seated for hour food for 2 people which didn't even taste great per IHOP standards. Just go to other locations.

I would love to go and have breakfast on Sundays because they have a great menu but too dirty. I understand it is popular but that is not a reason to rush and sit people on dirty tables, food particles on the seats and under your feet. Sticky condiments bottles and Do Not Touch the syrup jars! Most servers are friendly but it is hard to enjoy your first meal of the day when it is not sanitary. I hope they show some effort to clean well as much as they are accommodating customers.
