Rattlesnake Bar has an amazing espresso martini, solid 9/10. Highly recommend getting there early or you will be waiting a while to order drinks.

Drinks were amazing! We went on date night and service was great, drinks worth the price. Will come back. Seats are first come basis at the bar area.

Thursday night madness!! I don't think this place ever sleeps! Pretty rowdy crowd for a median age of 50 (that's not old folks, but they were partying like college kids).

Overpriced, regular-degular-ass margs...not mad at that...I mean, damn, we ARE at the Ritz. But hey! they WERE pretty! Paid $50 (2 drinks) here for the same, if not better, 2 drinks I could get at Texas Roadhouse for $20.

I read the reviews about the bartenders being complete buttholes....didn't have that problem at all....we were able to get our drink orders going a couple of minutes after our arrival (maybe because of who I was with???)

my slight issue was with the PATRONS....why don't yall take a picture? it'll last longer...the stares would've made the biggest narcissist feel uncomfortable....c'mon guys....it's 2021...and I know I don't look THAT good.....**eye roll**

The service was great! It was a very a fun place to people watch. Drinks were excellent! Very pricey!

Been here many times and usually the Dean's Signature Margarita is tops. Today it was not good. No flavor of Damania that makes it special. When I politely commented the waitress was rude and dismissive. This place has changed. Too bad attitude has taken over. I love Dean Fearing and his food and drinks. I think he would be disappointed at how I was treated.

Great place on a Saturday night. Live music, attentive bartenders. Yes a bit pricy, but worth the quality and the atmosphere. Sophisticated crowd dressed to impress.

Pros
1. Decent menu selection that is different and better than a typical bar menu. For example, you can get lobster nachos, or a bacon-wrapped wagyu beef appetizer.
2. Bottom line, the food is good. The burger on a pretzel bun is good and filling. The smoked chicken quesadilla isn't large, but the six toasty little triangles are packed with cheese, chicken, and just the right amount of bbq sauce and the quality makes up for quantity. The lobster nachos are not a typical pile of chips with stuff on top - rather it's about a dozen individual chips packed with toppings (similar to how they do the Wednesday guacamologist, where chips are loaded up and served individually). The chips and trio dip is quite nice... the chips are light and crunchy with just the right amount of salt, and the three dips give you variety (and will outlast the chips): I like the cheese dip the most, followed by the fresh guac, and then the spicy salsa (but all very tasty).
3. If you are staying at the Ritz, you get $25 dining credit per day which helps with the tab

1. Not inexpensive (though what you would expect for room service at a nice hotel)

Hmmmm...what the Hell do you say about this....place? Very nice bar with pricey drinks and from what we could tell...pricey...dates? Great place to people watch and try to guess how the negotiations are going. It's Dallas and money attracts interest.

This bar/ restaurant is inside of the Ritz Carlton. Small menu but the nachos are delicious! VALET is not included any longer.

Great place to meet new people. Ask for Noe, he is fast and remembers you e when you come back. The place is clean and it get crowded but the bartenders still bring out drinks in a timely manner.

The outside place is very nice as well. The seating areas are so up to date and upscale.

Restrooms are so accessible and clean.

Highly recommend.
