They did our wedding this last weekend. We could not have been happier. The flowers were just stunning and the service was perfect. They worked with us to be as efficient as possible, we knew exactly what to expect going into it in terms of cost, they are very creative and helped us figure out exactly what we were going for.

But mostly, once the got there and saw the flowers, they were BEAUTIFUL. Fresh, smelled great, looked great. I'd work with them again in an instant.

I attended an event for Kamukama Foundation last night and saw some magnificent arrangements by Keith. I took some pictures which I will attach. The arrangements were perfect for the mission of the organization.

Bouquet was beautiful.
Delivery was before 9:30 am. I had requested morning and they did well.
Large vase was filled with chilled water, which may have contributed to how long this lasted.
Will definitely be using this florist in the future.

Jo's Pro Tips: I placed my order online and upgraded to a "premium" selection. I ordered 5 days ahead to ensure proper planning, flower sourcing and any needed clarifications. I left extra delivery instructions in the notes section for the florist. Driver's very much appreciate tips.

Went in a couple of days ago, beautiful shop! Lots to explore and see. Would recommend to friends of mine as a fun day activity.... Aside from the fact that an older guy in the back was screaming at the florists which made my friend and I uncomfortable, you shouldn't treat your employees like that. Made the experience very weird. Felt bad for them.

I wanted to order something special for my friend who recently lost her third pet this year and chose this florist because of the reviews and location. I called and inquired about about a white orchid plant and they were very nice .
This also came with a succulent. It is very beautiful and was delivered the next day. Orchids are not toxic to pets and I prefer to send them flowers not only cause you don't have to worry about your pet eating them but with a little care and indirect sun light you can get another bloom.

Westbank just nails it every time!! I used their florists choice option two times in the last few weeks and I'm floored by how beautiful they were! My recipients were blown away! Westbank is my go to and will be forever! Thank you all!!

I initially ordered a cascade wedding bouquet through budgetbride online. When I opened the package and saw the flowers, I panicked! I paid over $300 for fake flowers from budgetbride that looked NOTHING like the picture on their website at budgetbride.com
I called around Austin, Texas, asking different flower shops if they could make me a cascade wedding bouquet in less than a week 1/2 before my wedding ceremony. Everyone I called said it was too short of a notice to make a wedding bouquet, especially with homecoming.
