    • Q:

Hi I was wondering if I'm allowed to have parties here and if there is any regulations?

      A:

Aloha. Yes, you can have a party there during regular park open hours and following the park rules. If you have more than 50 people, need to reserve a spot, or are bringing special equipment like an inflatable bouncy house then you'll need a permit… more

We used to come to play basketball in the early 90s when the park was still new and didn't even have the rec center yet. Only had a few groups that knew about this place. Nowadays you can't even get an open basket to shoot. They have team practices and one coach even told us he had the basket reserved for his teams practice.WTF! I thought was first come, first serve for a community park. Anyway, we don't go anymore because it's just too crowded. Like everyplace else on Oahu.

This park is mega huge in 3 tiers with not much signage and it was our first time as spectators here.

Nothing was set up and every one we asked didn't know where field 1 was. Many parents and even coaches were in limbo as where to park, unload and wait.

The first game we came to watch was finally set up one minute before game time.

The second game 2 hours later had a mixup on fields and no team to challenge. What a mess.

The lowest field is actually where we were supposed to be although we checked the middle and highest tiers too.

For little kiddies the restroom facilities is a long walk up to the second level.

So very glad the rest of the games except one were back at our regular home park where all 3 fields are on the same level: ground.

Might be a good place to jog or walk and not sure if dogs are allowed but could be a spacious area to play frisbee or teach your kiddo to throw a football or to practice driving.

"Levels." A great place to get a walk or run in. There's a community basketball court and tennis court. They took down the children's playground and I am hoping they build it up again soon.
Convenient for families there are three separate level fields. Great for practicing sports or just spending time flying kites or racing toy cars.
They also offer Zumba classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Karate on Monday and Fridays too I believe.
Ample parking along the side street on the way up and the bottom and top parking lots.
They also just repainted the lines so it's easier to park.
My kids all play soccer here on Saturdays and we come here to exercise or cardboard slide down the hills.
Nice getaway in the heart of salt lake.

The community park my family utilizes most. It is called "levels" because of the three levels.

Top level- at the top level there is a restroom and an area to place baseball. The top level has a nice walking path. I notice runners and walkers using it during after work hours.

Middle level- My husband plays pick up basketball here. The courts are well done but my husband says the concrete of the courts are beginning to chip. You can also play tennis on this level. I see soccer played on the grassy area on this level.
This is also where the community classes such as Zumba, Summer Fun, etc are held. This is also where another set of toilets are. Beware of the crappy playground/ play structure. Children cannot play on it. Period. Its a hazard. Considering I have an active 3 year old who LOVES to climb, this is a problem!

Bottom level- it's basically a grassy area. I notice flag football played here.

Over all, the parking lot actually the road in the park needs repaving. When I get in and out of the car I track in tiny rocks on my shoes. Grrrr!!

Also known as "levels", due to its 3 open fields and such on 3 different levels.
Great spot for many activities such as football, soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a little jungle gym.
      Lots of parking.
They have weekly zumba and tai chi.
They also have football, soccer, basketball practice for children.

I remember coming to this park when I was younger. They no longer have the jungle gym so if your planing to take your child to a playground this park doesn't have one. This park has three levels of grassy fields... Fields are perfect for running around, kite flying, exercise, and of course soccer, football and baseball. They also have a basketball courts and tennis courts. There's two parking lots one at the top and one at the bottom!

as our niece and nephews are all at the soccer league age, we've recently been introduced to this park (even tho i've lived in salt lake all my life!). there are two large fields for soccer, with nice grass but no trees for shade so i suggest bringing your own tent or umbrellas, chairs and sunscreen.

there's also some tennis and basketball courts, and a tiny playground that's seen better days. last time we went, the slide (to me the funnest element of these "new" padded floor playgrounds) was boarded up at the top - lame, but kids were still enjoying the monkey bars and running around. what ever happened to the good ol' equipment like swings, seesaws and those horsey rides with the spring at the bottom so you can thrust yourself back and forth? yah i know, "not safe," "kids might get low self esteem," wah wah wah... boo.

anyhoo never been in the rec center or used the restrooms, but with ample parking this park is A-OK for play.

This park was really hard to find! Most maps do not have the address for this park. Luckily for me, my iPhone 4 map had the address for this park! I was on my way here for a tennis match. Most of my teammates arrived late as they got lost since their maps could not pin point them to these tennis courts.

This park is located next to Honolulu Country Club, just before the drive into the country club's parking entrance.

There are only about 4 tennis courts here and no lights. I wonder if Honolulu Country Club has tennis courts also? I'm sure they do. I guess these courts are nice for the residences in the neighborhood that do not have membership to the country club.

Great recreational park has multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts that also converts into volleyball courts. Upper, middle and lower fields are mostly used for soccer games and practice. The middle and lower fields also converts into baseball diamonds. Two diamonds on the middle field. The walking/jogging trail around the park provides great scenery overlooking the Honolulu Country Club. Bieng at a higher elevation the weather here is usually nice and cooler than in town. I Highly recommend checking out this park.

Tiered community park with a rec center, tennis courts, and three playing fields for soccer, football, and baseball. There is even a kiddie area with a jungle gym. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained most of the time. It is a nice park to exercise at, walking around the park or the fields or up and down the paved drive.
