Was in the area recently and looking for a grocery store and fresh produce market and came across Andy's. This semi open air market has been in the area for quite a while and it was obvious on my visit used by the areas community as a source for quality produce and speciality items.
A busy store with lots of folks working there and customers all over the place. The market is all under roof, but is open on the sides across the front, which makes for an interesting shopping experience. Multiple check out lanes were open on my visit.
A good fresh produce section, extensive bulk foods area, natural home, health and body care. A really nice grains, rices and pasta selection as well.
Only drawback, the bulk is prepackaged so getting just a small amount of some items is not an option. Lots of fresh produce, with fruits and veggies galore.
A covered seating area between the main building and barista stand to sit and enjoy the day too.
3.5 Stars - rounded up for the fresh produce at good
prices.

Andy's is just the BEST for Produce in Sonoma County. And many of their other products such as cheeses, deli items, & such are also delicious.
Much of the produce is sourced locally. We are so lucky to have such fresh, beautiful produce close to our home. I have been going there for over 40 years. Just a delightful market! And the ppl are so helpful & friendly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Feb 23, 2022Previous reviewBest Fruit & Veggie Market in Northern Ca! Everything is here. Usually local, & very delicious! I purchased a few items the other day and paid $5.12... I looked at my statement online at my bank today and all of a sudden it's $9.04 WTF.
Definitely not gonna be shopping there anymore.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 7, 2024
This is a great little family owned market! Their produce is the highest quality but the prices are not ridiculous. They have lots of produce specials out front. Nice selection of quality pastas and canned/jarred goodies. Their bulk section has great grains, nuts, and chocolates. Even bulk spices like fennel seed and paprika.
They have a respectable cheese selection and their wine section is well curated. They had a good little selection of grab and go items too like wraps and sandwiches. Looked real good! The frozen section is modest, but you can get some quality ice creams and a few frozen pizzas. The checker who helped me out was friendly and happy.
We always stop by on our way back from wine tasting in Sebastopol to pick up fresh veggies for dinner.
Go check out Andy's!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mary D.Sausalito, CA0141May 11, 2024
I just moved to Sonoma County from Marin, and I just happened to drive by here today. Wow! It's like a little Berkeley Bowl right here in Sonoma County ~ fantastic produce, much of it organic, great healthy groceries. I will be going back here every week. Love it!

Great service and a variety of organic products. It's a little out of the ways in Sebastopol, but you really can't miss it. You'll be glad you went there.

It is a quaint and subdued market. It reminds me of a famous fruit market in Hollister, CA, called Casa de Fruta, but smaller. They have a great selection of artisan cheeses and a bountiful assortment of fresh fruit, veggies, dried fruits, and nuts. In the back of the market, there is a section for groceries and specialty items. The prices are decent and are reasonable for an organic market. Oh yeah, there is a small kiosk on the right side of entrance dedicated to gourmet coffees and beans, too. We were lucky, the time we got there at around 3:30 pm it was happy hour, $1 dollar coffee for brewed. Anyway, nice small but filled market that has some great products.

Produce Market the way it was meant to be!
In 1962 Andy Skikos and his wife Katie along with their five children settled in Sonoma County and started a little roadside fruit stand. The little fruit stand grew along with the town of Sebastopol to a point that it has become one of the more prominent produce markets in Northern California.
We discovered the place a few years ago while driving back from the coast. Since then it has become one of our favorite stops whenever we are in the area!
They sell a wide variety of local and organic produce. Their fresh fruits taste as fruits should taste (not like cardboard!). If you are into cooking, you will end up buying a couple of bags of ingredients for the favorite dish you enjoy to make. They have a big collection of local cheeses, wines, beers and ciders.
The last time we were there, we purchased a few melons and other fruits; they were delicious! We had not tasted fruits that good for years!
The staff are wonderful. Every time we have asked for help, they have gone out of their way to try to get us what we need.
If you are up around Sebastopol, stop by and checkout the store. You will be impressed with the quality of the goods.Helpful 40Thanks 0Love this 32Oh no 0
