My daughter has been coming to Dr Woo since the age of 7 and the service her and her staff provide is always amazing. Very flexible with appointments since my schedule with work can be a little hectic at times. Dr Woo and her staff are always polite and professional!

Very pleasant experience! I began my journey to an improved smile back in May 2021. From my very first consultation until the very last appointment, it was a wonderful and well-informed experience. I began with invisalign treatment but eventually had to move into a hybrid of both invisalign and traditional braces. I have to admit there were times I was frustrated (and it showed lol) with the process but Dr. Woo always educated and encouraged me. She was never pushy. Her recommendations and expectations were always realistic and she listened to my concerns with care. Secondly, I think the value was great. It was slightly higher than perhaps one other place I had consulted prior however, for what I received, I think it was well worth it. All appointments, treatment (including the hybrid change), and my retainer were all included. Moreover, they offered an affordable monthly price plan.
Finally, the office is clean and modern. Staff are always pleasant and personable. I never had any issues with service and appointments were always on-time. I can't even recall waiting more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Appointments are also convenient with some Saturdays available. Overall, it was a great experience. I now have a beautiful, confident smile and I feel extremely happy that I chose to complete the journey with Riverdale Family Orthodontics. I highly recommend to others and I will continue my follow-up service with them. Thank you so much Dr. Woo & team!

Riverdale Family Orthodontics is great! Their service is great, they are warm and friendly, and they always make my child feel comfortable and welcome. They are always very accommodating and my child's teeth are progressing well.

Dr Woo is very patient and kind with my son who always gets anxious with doctor visits and asks tons of questions. The receptionist is friendly and professional.

I've been avoiding getting braces for a long time due to price and anxiety but Dr.Woo and her team made me feel at home so I finally got them done this February . Peter was so warm and understanding and she's the only dentist I don't avoid or say "ugh" when my appointment comes up. The assistant (Spanish one) is also very nice and on point . It's a pleasure dealing with them, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best Orthodontist in Riverdale, my grandson loves going to his appointments. Very informative and caring and we never have to wait when we get there. I will refer all my friends and family to Dr. Woo.

So happy to have found this place! From the front desk to the Orthodontist, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting braces can be a nervous experience for an 11 year-old, and the doctor made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. She sat with me and took the time to explain the x-rays and treatment in-depth. She also took the time to sit with me and explain what my insurance covered and the available payment options that will best suit my finances. Great practice they have here!

Dr Polan is a skilled and knowledgeable Orthodontist. He treats his patients well and provides great treatment. His staff members are helpful and kind as well. The office is clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend others to him. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Woo is a total sweetheart! Her bedside manner and professionalism are second to none. Great with kids of all ages and adults too! Highly recommend checking out her brand spanking new dental practice if you are or you know someone who is interested in braces!

This place is a amazing with great customer care. The best part is the Dr. Woo and her staff always keeps us informed with procedures or issues that pertain to my daughters care. Love their service and quick response time. My daughter never had any issues with her braces , and if you do run into any they always manage to fit in time to correct. Best part they have free coffee lol. family oriented place will definitely bring my boys when the time arrives.
