My husband and i ate here last night. Although our service the waitress was good, both of our steaks were way overcooked/burnt. The greenbeans were greasy and tasteless. Was really disappointed.

The service was top-notch.
The only reason I gave it a four star was because some of the food was not quite cooked ordered, however, saying that there was 23 of us and we only had three complaints that we did not report to the restaurant because there was 23 of us we felt like that was an acceptable number .
Restaurant was very clean. I had a nice appearance to it.

***Editing post to add that as we were leaving, the table behind tells their server "this is not the food we ordered". So they were given another tables food. Too funny. Can't make up stuff this bad.


Absolutely awful. Individuals who showed up 33 mins after us got their food before us. Food was cold. We got to go boxes after I brought it to the attention of the waitress and we just left. No need to sit an hour and eat cold food. Thank God we are the bread while sitting there. Was a complete cluster on all levels. Would not recommend to anyone

Food is always served up quickly and freshly prepared, served by friendly attentive staff.

Burgers are big and a good price.
Sweet tea is sweet.
Steaks are good, but not inexpensive.

Best little steakhouse in the area.

Big portions...steak was very tough, mash potatoes were cold, but the green beans were good...staff was friendly and nice but paying good money for just ok food; aint ok. Place just isn't the way it used to be....overall place was clean but honestly won't be going back.

Great place for a steak ! Everything in their kitchen is made from scratch including their salad dressings, dips, and sauces. If you enjoy salmon, they have some of the best around. Today I tried their new special, brisket nachos. They were delicious with a hearty portion of smoked brisket on top. Great service, free rolls with cinnamon butter, and good cold Modelo on draft! Give them a try!

This used to be a great resturant. So disappointed tonight. Service was slow, kitchen was slower. Got the salad with the meal. Not a big deal. But steak and riblets were room temp at best. Riblets were tough, not "fall off the bone tender" as advertised. Grilled shrimp was hot but way overcooked and chewed like rubber. But hey, our waitress was great, and the new pretzel and beer cheese was super good! Probably won't be back for awhile. Dave has some fixing to do.

Fun friendly atmosphere.
Near gas stations and The Lumber Jack Lodge, axe throwing.
Accommodates large parties if 10 or more.
Theres a bar, tables for four and high top tables.
Restrooms are nice not handicapped friendly.
The owner came around and spoke to the tables.

The owner is 83 and says he enjoys what he does and talking to the patrons. His birthday is March 15, stop on by and say hello!

I'd go lower if I could. If you want to poison someone this is you place. Food served raw hard rolls Manger did not care and was still charged dirty bathrooms parking lot poorly lit. Could probably get better food from a trash can

So sad that this place has gone down hill. We've enjoyed going here for years, but last night will be our last visit. We went with 2 other couples. The ribeyes were burnt when they should have been medium. The grilled shrimp was dry and Luke warm. The baked potatoes were not cooked thru. The salads amounted to a pile of iceberg lettuce with a little cheese and some tiny pieces of tomato. Plenty of dressing tho. The manhattans were the only entrees that were acceptable! The two waitresses were less than attentive, but then there were only two. Then we had to beg for the checks, finally learning that we needed to go to the register. again, sad to say.

well i thought this place was alright but now ive changed my mind on that they served me food the pickles were not done they were still dough all over most of them the steaks were over cooked like really
but what most gets me is when i went in for an interview they said they wanted me to work on that upcoming Friday at 4:30 pm and had to hear back from another manager to let me know what time exact to start i never hurd back from this place i then called and they said she would call me back but never once hurd anything till now they told me they had full filled the interviews and filled my position i don't recommend this because they will go under you this is not even professional at all dont tell someone a date and a time and have there hopes up for something that was not even what it was supposed to be!! never again will i apply to this place i will never eat at this place again i kept it professinal for as long as i could the manager is so bad that they will refuse to even give you corp number so dont even waste your time!!
