    • Q:

I wanted to bring my friend here because she has gluten intolerance, but she also has a nut allergy. Are these products nut free as well? What kind of flour is used?

      A:

We are strictly peanut free 100%. We're not a strictly tree nut free bakery and sometimes use almonds or pecans in our baked goods, but currently, none of our products contain nuts. We use rice, tapioca, and potato starch for our items. We do have… more

    • Q:

Are the gluten free items also nut free?

      A:

While our facility is not nut-free, most of our items are nut free! We only have 1-2 seasonal items which may have nuts, but not currently.

If you get a chance to check this place out, it is worth it. The food is worth the hype in my opinion. The treats are a pretty decent size and you'll forget that they're gluten free. I had a variety of treats like the oatmeal cream pie and curry turnover. Each one delivered!
The place is pretty small and is an in and out situation.

      Quick tips that'll help:
Go as early as possible. There will be a line so be prepared to wait (even before opening). I wouldn't come on a busy day if I'm in a rush.
Things sell out fast. Very fast. Have a few things in mind just case what you wanted sold out after you waited in line.
Check out their IG before you go. Most of the time they'll post closings, time changes, menu info, etc. ahead of time.
Parking will get crowded. The earlier the better!

Overall the staff is really kind, and I plan on revisiting to try more things.

I've heard good things about this place.
Easy to miss but well worth the effort.

Great concept. However, this business seems to enjoy the long lines and inconvenience to it's customers, even though a thoughtfully run business does not need to do this. They have no idea how much business they are willfully turning away because they like the brag of insanely long lines. This limits your customer base and your potential.

You can't scale a bad business model. Please fix this.

There were a few vegan options. I had the chocolate donut and cinnamon roll. Chocolate donut was great the sprinkles were so cute. The cinnamon roll had to be the best I ever had. I can't wait to go back to ATL for that
Staff was so friendly and pointed out everything that was vegan for me.

This isn't one of my favorite gluten free bakeries, it is one of my favorite bakeries. Anytime we are anywhere near Atlanta, we try to make a stop.

Came here super super early on a weekday since the other reviews were saying there are long lines. Popped in for a quick breakfast to go donut. There were already plenty of options so early in the AM. I loveeee that they do 50% day old donuts, I think it's a great way to get rid of waste in the food industry. I did overhear some customers complaining that they thought it was unsanitary and unsafe but I think otherwise!! I got the boba tea inspired donut and I really enjoyed it! The flavor and texture was really different from other donuts I've tried before. The taro was fantastic and you could really taste it. I would say however, it was just a little tooo sweet for my liking. But overall, I loved the gluten free donut texture. It was also really moist and dense. There are parking options located in front of the shop! Just to note: they limit the amount of customers in the store so please be wary of that. There was already a couple people waiting outside when I left the store at 8:30AM. I popped into a coffee shop in the same lot to enjoy my treat. Overall, I would love to come back and try all the other donut options and even their breakfast options!

The staff was friendly and offered recommendations. The donuts and pastries were very tasty. I am not required to eat gluten-free meals but I went here with a friend who does require it. This place taste better than a lot of your gluten heavy establishments. Everything was moist and flavorful. I recommend the funfetti donut and the curry pastry. There's no seating indoors but there is a nice coffee shop around the corner where you can consume your goodies.

Gluten agrees with me but Hell Yea is just a really f*cking good bakery. All their stuff is gluten free and they also have some stuff that's dairy free and others that are vegan. They're clearly labeled.

I definitely recommend going early because they do run out of stuff and the line can be pretty long. However, it is worth it!

      I got the following:
      1.) vegan curry turnover
Delicious. Tastes kinda like a samosa. 10/10 would get again
      2.) blueberry cream cheese Danish
      Good sh*t
      3.) earl grey scone
The consistency is spot on for the scone and the earl grey taste is in the icing. Very yummy

The gluten free biscuits are still on my mind and I live in California. I can't go back to Atlanta and not get these biscuits. I got a variety of sweet treats as well which I thought were meh but the biscuit...

The breakfast sandwich was heaven. HYGF doesn't have any nice place to hang out and consume your goodies and eggs should be consumed hot. Luckily the guy in front of me in line hopped me to a coffee shop on the backside of the building that had a nice selection of beverages and a great indoor and outdoor seating area.

If you're from out of state and not familiar with the area it can seem a bit sketchy as it's on this seemingly vacant plain industrial little set of buildings on a side road off the freeway. You know.like where bodies are found on TV shows but like I said right on the backside of that depressing lot is a hip little coffee shop and a few blocks over you're in beautiful Inman Park neighborhood with historical houses and little parklets.

Best gluten free biscuit I've ever had which made the best gf breakfast sandwich and I've been gluten free for over a decade.

Probably the best biscuit I've eaten whether it had gluten or not. Do yourself a favor and eat this often.
