This small outdoor coffee shop was so convenient as I was out shopping in Manhattan. I received my iced latte within minutes after ordering. I appreciate a coffee shop that offers a large cup of coffee. Cheers!

The people that work here are always really nice. I work really close by on the weekends, and love to grab a coffee here before starting my shift. the pistachio latte is incredible. It's just a grab and go window, but sometimes there is seating outside when it's nice.

The woman work there on 2023/12/2 afternoon is rude as f***

We arrived at 4:10, she said they are closing soon and if we can't decide really fast we need to leave.
I told her politely: give us 2.
She turned away and ignored us for like 10min after and we actually were really within 2.
And when we said excuse me we are ready, she said really loudly "one second!!!!"
I don't know what the heck happened to her but this is a place I would NEVER go

I already love Blank Street's Strawberries and Cream latte, but my newest fav is their Shaken Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew.

Believe it or not, it's sweeter than Starbucks' (which tasted like regular coffee with pumpkin flavored whipped foam), but just the right amount of sweet. Was not overbearing at all, and I loved tasting the notes of the pumpkin spice flavor. It was like juice in coffee form, and whenever I'm by one of their many NYC locations (which all vary in size), I make a pit stop for one! Their pastries, such as the almond croissant pictured, are delish too! For city prices, everything is a reasonable cost too.

      Can't recommend them enough!

You know what, I'll give them 5 stars for this strawberry and cream latte. It was literally everything I could dream of for a latte and I felt very energized after. Bestie coworker Nick got a pistachio latte and said it was exactly what he needed at 2 pm on a Thursday

Blank street was a cute little coffee shop that i popped into on the way to work. Their cafe is so aesthetic and the staff are very friendly.

I got a pistachio matcha latte and wasn't overly impressed. You can't taste the matcha power much and I personally like a stronger matcha flavor.

They have plenty of seating available and some merchandise available for sale too.

Coffee fanatic here. My latte tasted like an americano with a splash of milk it was so watered down and it was served extremely hot I couldn't even hold the cup. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could drink it.

This was a convenient little place to pop in and get a caffeine fix. The location of the shop is tucked away and blends in so you have to be looking for coffee to see it. There isn't really any seating so don't bet on staying. The staff were friendly and service was relatively quick. We were not impressed with the coffee or the matcha we ordered. Pricing seems to be on the high side for what it is and the sizes of the drinks.

I was in the area, on the way to brunch and really needed a coffee. Blank Street wasn't in the space when I used to work in Soho, so I figured I'd give it a try.

They're currently doing a collab with Chamberlain Coffee, so there are only 3 iced and 1 hot options available. They actually pre-make the 3 iced options, so you can't even customize it.

I asked staff at the little counter some questions about the drinks and they were all SUPER nice. If I just rated the staff, this would be a 5 star review. I asked them which iced option was the least sweet, and they told me it was the "I want something nutty", which is Blank Street cold brew done "Emma's way" with almond milk and vanilla. This was ... still very sweet. I don't like that you can't make customizations - it would've been nice to not have the syrup, as I tend to not like syrups in my coffee.

In general, the coffee was just ok. The pricing is fair - especially for the area. But I don't think I'll be back during this collab.

I tried the Strawberries and Cream latte but wasn't a fan so I went up to order a different drink and pay but the cashier kindly voided it for me. Really appreciated that!! 10/10 recommend!
