Plum Sage Flowers

I am the mother of the bride writing this review. Let me start by saying the wedding was amazing and everyone had a great time. But that is not what reviews are about. This review is about the product and service from a company that you hired and paid them according to the contract and terms they dictate. I am making that my first two statements as it is to be remembered as an important part of this review.

I personally handled all the floral arrangements with Taylor, the owner of Plum Sage. We had a dozen emails, several phone calls and I flew out to Denver specifically to have a face to face sit down meeting with her in which she pulled up photo's of flowers & previous work, so we could get an accurate description of colors and flowers to be used. She took many notes and detailed our conversation. Many times she reminded me that the photos in our contract were a working and live document, that she would refer to her notes for the details. I gave her several inspiration photos and Taylor assured me that she would create our flowers as close to the photos as possible.

We went through each one with details such as all white, light pink and blush pink flowers only. The high table bursts were to be very full of white and blush pink flowers. The men's boutonnière was to include blue thistle with white. We went thru many flower styles on her tv and she told me of the ones she could choose from and put the photo in the "working document" as she called it.
The mothers corsages were to be petite and elegant with white and pink on a white satin band.

I will add my "working document" photos and what we received below.

On the day of the wedding the flowers arrived. I was mortified and beyond embarrassed when the girls started picking them up out of the box. They were the ugliest grey flowers, I never knew, even grew or existed. Yes there was white... and that's where it ended. No pink of any shade and no blush obviously. Only white and a dull grey that appeared dirty lavender purple in the sun. I immediately headed into the dining room to see what was going on. I began to cry. The room was filled with gray flowers on August 18th a summer day.

I promise you, you have never seen something so god awful in your life. I immediately found Taylor and asked her what and why were these here. I told her how upset I was, that she did this and asked her what she could do to fix it. She argued that she followed the contract as her "Bible" and stuck to it on every point. Now everyone knows a contract is a contract.

So whether her original story of non stop "working document" or now "Bible" is true, that's all good. Because in both cases, we didn't get any of it!

Even our high table sprays were sparse and that was before I asked her to pull out every single dead looking grey flower. She offered no suggestions or solutions. I told her we had paid nearly $7,000.00 for her to provide us with beautiful flowers we chose and we did not receive what we paid for. Her only response was to point at the grey flower and repeat
"it is blush pink" well either she needs glasses or thinks that if she says it enough times, somehow it will come true. I told her I wanted her to fix the situation and refund me a fair amount. She removed all the ugly grey, leaving us even more sparse than the volume we paid a great amount of hard earned money for.

I hope you do your homework and not choose this company for your wedding. Further more, I hope the venue that recommended Plum Sage to us, removes them from their list.

I wrote this honest review of our experience. I hoped Taylor would have done the right thing, knowing how upset we were and contacted us to apologize, explain and refund. But we never heard from her...

Erin and her team were SO amazing for our wedding. We only needed limited florals so picked up at her studio instead of having full service since we didn't meet the minimum. Despite this, I never felt like I was getting less than 100% of her effort and attention, which I think can be hard to find sometimes when your bill isn't in the 10s of thousands. The florals we got were better than I could have imagined and were packed up so perfectly for transport. She executed my vision perfectly and made adjustments along the way as my vision changed. I cannot recommend Plum Sage enough. They are truly a dream.

I am writing this review as Father of the Bride. The floral arrangements for the wedding were beautiful and exactly as quoted. They worked with us to reuse the flowers from the ceremony as part of the decorations at the reception to help keep the cost down. The deliveries were on time, the execution was terrific. Most of the interactions with this vendor were with the wedding planner, but I was assured by her that Plum Sage was very responsive and accommodating.

Love their arrangements, and would have loved to use them for our wedding. Filled out an inquiry form online via their website, but did not get a response so I decided to call. The person I spoke with said they would get my information over to whoever handles consultations to call me back, but it's been weeks and still have not heard back. Very unfortunate.

I work in surgery as a nurse. My staff and I wanted to buy flowers to be sent to a coworker for her last day.
The process was very simple and fast delivery!!
I just think the price was much for the small arrangement and the level the flowers were cut it could have been a more beautiful arrangement left longer. Just kinda let down a little. For the price or less in Littleton is a huge bouquet. But thank you for doing it same day with in 4 hours! They did smell beautiful!

Erin and Plum Sage flowers were amazing to work with from start to finish on our wedding. Everything was very professional, emails were timely, they stayed within our budget while getting us the look we wanted, they got all the details right and made the process easy. We had fresh, in-season, local flowers on every table. I can't recommend them enough!

Taylor and the Plum.Sage team did an absolutely stunning job on our wedding florals! Taylor was able to match the exact vibe we were going for (rustic, autumnal wedding on a 50 degree and sunny weekend before Thanksgiving). Delivery was smooth and Plum Sage went above and beyond to add a little extra flare where they could (i.e. the sweetheart table which we originally did not have plans for but asked for literally days before). Also, just look at those arch florals! Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Taylor at Plum Sage and her work blew us away. We had a floral palette of whites and blues with winter greenery and my goodness did Taylor and her team deliver the most beautiful flowers on wedding day. I would highly recommend Taylor and the Plum Sage team, they won't disappoint you!!

My husband and I were so incredibly happy with the florals at our wedding. We got married last February and Taylor did such a beautiful job creating romantic floral designs that made our day so special. She was very responsive and helped us stay within our desired budget. I would definitely recommend Plum Sage Flowers for a wedding!

I called these guys today at 9:15 am - No response.
I sent them a message through Yelp stating we have a wedding coming up - No response.
I sent a other message through Yelp 12 hours later. Still no response.
If you want these guys to do anything for you. Forget it.
We have a weeding planner and use The Knot. We can get better service somewhere else. These are useless.
