Dulong Moving

Attempted to reach out to Dulong for assistance moving a large safe, which according to their website is their "specialty."

In the matter of two days, I received conflicting information. First being that they can assist in moving large items.
Second, saying they are uncomfortable moving such items.

It was one large item. We even have our own truck to move such item.
Completely misleading advertisement/website.

Ken gave me a quote. Two hour minimum so I made sure there was enough to do for two hours.
Mike and Devan called with an estimated arrival time -incidentally this was the time Ken gave me when we first talked - and they were on time.
I showed them what I wanted done and they got to work. When they ran across a problem, they let me know. Mike explained why the box spring couldn't go to the third floor. It couldn't make the necessary turn. They moved one refrigerator upstairs and the other one downstairs and some tables and boxes were moved around, too.
They were polite and respectful.
I was pleased with their work and I would use them again. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This moving company is horrible. They were so unorganized and could not get moving. I showed them exactly what I needed moved into a truck and they really milked it. They kept disappearing and were nowhere to be found. For them to fill a seven foot truck it took them over 4 hours! To fill a 16 get truck the day before took 3 hours. These guys were so slow it was ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and use someone else. They were beyond bad and were very rude!

We could absolutely not be more impressed with Dulong Moving. We'd just spent two days filling a 26' truck to the brim, optimistically thinking that we'd be able to turn around a day later after our closing and unload that same truck ourselves into our new three story home in another state. We'll let you guess how that turned out. We woke up at 5 am on the third day, frantically trying to research moving help. Several companies reached out to us, and we were so disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Ken responded to us within 10 minutes with a thorough and professional email, letting us know that they could handle our very last-minute request. He spent the day recruiting a team of three to help us while we handled the closing details. They accepted a $200 deposit via Paypal, which was incredibly convenient for us as we already had the app on our phones and could pay remotely via credit card as our cash was tied up in closing.

The three young men they sent arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went right to work. We were charged an hourly rate for the three workers plus a $90 travel fee. Even on an hourly wage, those guys HUSTLED. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings and were so respectful and courteous. They were patient when we were struggling to decide where a few items should go. They were even so sweet as to tell us multiple times how much they loved our new home and how they hoped we'd be happy here.

As I mentioned, it took us two full days to load everything onto the truck. It took this team of three (I'm so sorry that I can't remember their names -- I'm sleep deprived!) just two hours to unload the entire truck. We could not be more grateful to them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and, while we plan on NEVER MOVING AGAIN, we'd use them again in a second if we had any moving needs. Thanks, team, for a job well done. You were fantastic.

I used Dulong again for the 2nd half of my move in early September. Again service was great and worked out perfectly. I had several quotes for both moves and estimate I saved at least $1,500. Yes, I had to drive the truck, but it was certainly worth my time.

Courteous, efficient and accommodating! Very professional from setting up appointment in the beginning to moving day operations. These gentlemen made use of all space in the truck and done swiftly. I would definitely reach out to them again for another move.

The DuLong team was amazing. I hired them last minute for an office move in Downtown Boston. Kenneth was super professional, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. I was really nervous to hire movers as you hear so many horror stories, and since this was for work I needed everything to go smoothly. After reading other reviews, I decided to go with DuLong and it absolutely was the right choice. I even used them again a couple days later for another portion of the move, and again they were wonderful in all aspects. The first time I used them, I just needed help unloading a freight shipment. Kenneth and Mike were on time and even agreed to stick around when there was a question of another furniture delivery not being able to fit in our building's elevator. They stayed later than needed at my last minute request and were incredibly polite and understanding about it. Two days later I used them again and had them bring a truck to a FedEx freight center to pick up and deliver custom wood furniture. The three man crew were incredibly polite, quick and capable. I had zero fear about anything being damaged or going wrong. I could not be more thrilled to have found DuLong Moving and will 100% be using them again for all personal and professional moves.

Dulong Moving have assisted me twice in the past two weeks. I called them again after the first job went so well. They are professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with! They were especially helpful considering it was a last minute request which they fulfilled expertly.

WHAT CAN I SAY YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST

Let me start from the beginning I was moving the end on June and I was so happy found my movers gave me a good price all set to go 3 days before my move the moving company back out on my move and I was SOL. The second moving company I found 2 days before my move told me the some thing you are all set don't worry the day of my move no truck they over booked and I got the boot so I tried to find a truck and I was going to move myself so on the U haul web site I saw Dulong Moving as I sat at McDonald drinking my coffee and said its the day of my move they will not be able to help me but I called and talked to Ken he could tell how upset I was and told me not to worry he could come and move me the next day so I took one last chance I'm so glad I did. Ken and Mike came on time they got the truck loaded in no time at all. They drove to Manchester NH to unload the truck if you are looking for a company that is upfront and can really hustle and not break any thing call Ken, him and his team are the best. Thanks again Ken you didn't let me down.

Ken and his team are fantastic. His guy really hustles - even on hourly wage, Ken practically runs back and forth from the truck. Ken genuinely cares about your move and the experience (seriously, talk to him about it). He's done 3 moves for us and they have all been great.
